several weeks ago i had a dream that Gary was at my house and i was showing him my guitars. He picked up my Edwards Les Paul (a 59 clone) and started noodling on it. we talked a bit. when i woke i had tears in my eyes. felt like i actually had met him. best dream ever.

Gary is the most emotional, outstanding, the best gutarist ive ever heard. when you listen to gary moore you can feel it in your whole body. no other guitarist and musician have had such an emotional and inspirational impact on me when it comes to music. he had the speed and stamina of a metal guitarist, the emotion and licks of a blues player, and the tone from heaven. "Still got the blues"- "The Messiah Will indeed Come Again"- we miss you Gary

He's still around. That genius now lives in our hearts. My favorite guitarist, hands down.

Screw all these soulless shredders , Gary Moore had everything as a guitarist. The most amazing and complete player I’ve ever seen live . Missed and will always be missed. R.I.P.

Number one, I'm not your love. I don't think you should make a nasty comment about Gary Moore like that. If that's all you can say about someone that isn't here anymore but left a lot of good music behind...then I'm sorry for you. All of us can not be beauty queens...and at least he was ( as I've read ) a good hearted person...which is more than I can say for you, it seems.

Gary's in great form here, very relaxed compared to his later Eastern European tour interviews, never heard him laugh so hard, must have got a good deal from Mr. Marshall. Such a unique versatile and legendary player

Miss him....so talented and humble. It was evident in all his playing and singing. I never thought he got as much credit as he CLEARLY deserved.

Gary was amazing, played some of the most memorable solos, to this day, I've ever heard. He put everything he had into them. God bless you Gary.

Gary stayed true to his sound till the end. He didn't compromise and knew what he liked and stuck with it. "Gibson les paul and a Marshall." Says it all really. He left a wonderful legacy that will be enjoyed until eternity. Sadly missed my friend. Great interview. My favourite live album

So many great guitar players, Gary was one of the tops.. Many also without the proper recognition, Robin Trower comes to mind, he is still out there playing at 74.. Peace
