I made this dish last night. It turned out perfect. Dipping sauce: mayonnaise and sour cream. I'm eating so many I might be able to fly by Monday.

Chef John, you are the best! I can't get enough of these videos. Every recipe that I've seen so far has made my mouth water. I can't wait to try out some of them. This one by far takes the cake for most mouth watering btw lol LD

I made your wings this morning for breakfast (I work graveyard shifts) and it was a great success! Thank you so much for taking the time to make the videos. I have spent a fortune eating wings at restaurants and none of them were even close to how tastey these wings were! Thank you especially for showing an oven technique as I do not own a deep fryer.

Tried this yesterday, came out perfect:) Very moist and flavorful. I just added a dash of wostershire sauce in my garlic and olive oil mix...that made up for additional flavor. I followed the rest of the recipe verbatim. It's a perfect recipe, all ingredients perfectly proportioned. Thanks, chef!

WOW!! I made these today and they are absolutely AMAAAZING! Possibly the best wings I've had so far. I have a low tolerance for really spicy foods but these had just the right amount of kick to them. I wasn't able to turn the garlic into paste. Just minced them as fine as I could and had buttermilk ranch instead of creamy italian dressing but the wings were still amazingly delicious! Thanks alot for this recipe!

This is my go to recipe for any type of chicken wings. I make the base wings and then toss them in a sauce and bake. Never fails to work. My son absolutely loves the garlic parm wings. Thanks Chef John.

Recipe 800... I seriously think I have watched at least 50% of them. 400+ videos under my belt. And I've only actually made like, 10 of the recipes. But that doesn't matter. I've gained so much knowledge, so many helpful tips, and such an overpowering and all consuming love for cayenne pepper... Thanks for all the videos Chef John!

Made them for Super Bowl this year. Actually, I am enjoying them as I write this. I added a halved head of garlic to the boiling liquid and used Italian seasoning instead of the dried herbs. They turned out absolutely phenomenal.
