At any stage, even immediately after the registration of it.

Arbitration tribunal acts on meri marzi principle and forgets the best Evidence rule that secondary Evidence is to be seen only if primary Evidence cant be produced, laptop-mobile can be easily produced unlike railway server or other big machines etc.

Even 65b itself not applicable in tribunal in strict sense but strangely even in 11(6) i goes to court, that same require 65b- never understood as mere change of forum can change the standard of evidence as both are journey to justice.

how was audio and photo records were admitted and authenticated in 70's 80's 90's ...... other electronics will be derivative of those and be cumulative derivative thereon .... i think we can import those rather than invent the wheel ............ :::::::: you could have also taken a printout similar to that and claimed that he has given it

Those who are well versed with electronics and digital tech, will never accept printouts for anything. I can make anything in photoshop and other 3d rendering software. Printout is garbage.
