How superbly Madam speaks. Please also speak on Why Centre can approve transfer of Nainital High Court to Haldwani but is most dead determined never allow just like previous governments in Centre transfer of either High Court at Allahabad or a Bench at Lucknow which are both in Eastern UP to either West UP which owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases or in Bundelkhand or in Purvanchal neither allow even in a single district e-filing cases so that people don't have to travel so far? Please do organise some discussion on this also that why peaceful State like Maharashtra has maximum number of Benches and where women can travel all alone even in night and which tops in the latest justice index ranking list and UP which owes for maximum number of pending cases has just one Bench and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow and nowhere else? Why the litigants of 30 districts of West UP have to travel most stupidly, shamelessly and senselessly all the way to Allahabad and not even Lucknow which is 230 km earlier due to which the litigants have to travel whole night and half day all the way to Allahabad to seek justice which averages about 800 km as acknowledged by Union Law Minister for State and still not even a single HC Bench not e-filing facility unlike Orissa where 10 districts already enjoy e-filing facility and remaining districts will get by middle of year? Please ponder and speak on this also! Why Justice Jaswant Singh Commission recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not one created till now and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud was given one more at Aurangabad in 1985? My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate

Thank you mam. It was commendable.
Absolutely brilliant and most educative. Kindly also speak on why Uttar Pradesh has least High Court Benches in India and West UP which owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases in UP has none? Also why lawless Bihar has not even a single HC Bench? Also why Maharashtra which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud has maximum number of Benches and this despite the irrefutable fact that Maharashtra tops in the latest justice index ranking list? Also why when Justice Jaswant Singh Commission recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not one created and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches was given one more at Aurangabad in Maharashtra? Why another peaceful State like Karnataka has three HC Benches and in 2008 for just four and eight districts at Dharwad and Gulbarga respectively Bench created but for 30 districts of West UP not a single HC Bench created till now? Kindly explain! My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate

Hi sir good evening, please clarify my doubt. I have attached the Mobile Call recording to Gmail 2 years back, it has time and date also in gmail along with attachment . Same day I gave money to someone based on promissory note, Mobile is demaged and I throwed it, Gmail attached call recording can I submit as evidence to the court ? Please reply
Excellant
Thanks for sharing, is the same for audio recording?
Excellent mam
Very interesting madam
Please also speak on why Bihar which is world famous for lawlessness and which is acknowledged even by Union Cabinet Minister like Giriraj Singh and yet Centre is dead determined never to allow even a single HC Bench for any of the district s? Why for a peaceful State like Karnataka was given two more HC Benches at Dharwad and Gulbarga for just four and eight districts only and for 30 districts of West UP with more than ten crore population as opposed to Karnataka which has just 6 crore population and still has multiple HC Benches but UP which tops the State list in having maximum number of pending cases has none? Kindly ponder at least! Why lawyers of West UP went on strike in 2001 for 6 months and strike every Saturday since May 1981 till now and what not and still Centre is not ready to approve even a single HC Bench anywhere in UP leave alone West UP? Please ponder! My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate
Excellent lecture
Sheshu Sir, I have one small request to make. If speaker mentions the citations while referring the same, it would be helpful for viewer like us. Sir, you are doing great work. Thanks a lot.
Anwar P. V. v P. K. Bashir AIR 2015 SC 180
Under the definition of evidence under indian evidence act, there is a word "court", will juvenile justice board of juvenile justice act come under the purview of the word "court"? If not, then there should be an ammendment to the act because we have been seeing in the recent past the rise of tribunals and boards. Even after the introduction, if the legislatures could still not realise the necessity of inserting the word "tribunal and other boards", its really bad. Correct it immediately.
