If they want to sale mean the buyer has to make sale deed . If not mean he is going to do an illegal act like flowing of black money etc Hence it is clear the deed of conveyed by only sale deed !

In Malayalam a power of attorney is termed Muktiar

'Muktiar' is not malayalam word .It is Arabic word.

GPA through transfer is void and it makes to much of litigation And kindly give attention in suraj lamps case paragraph number 18 .. And also give attention to shivkumar v/s union of India. It's is clear that gpa cannot coffers title interest And selling property to himself through GPA also void And the agent or attorney must be in fiduciary capacity . Not beneficiary
