Let me put it into perspective. Little do they know that he went to Wharton business school after he had gone to Oxford University. Wharton business school in Pennsylvania is one of the most prestigious private IV league schools in the United States. For you to be admitted to this school, you have to have completed an undergrad program ( like a bachelor's degree) and you have to have at least a 4.0-grade point average. That means they only choose smart ones, la creme de la creme, as they say, to enter this school. People's definition of success is a bit misguided. This is a bad speech. It is nothing other than a hopeless yearning. Don't look back? No we need to look back to learn from mistakes and make sure they never happen again. How will you move forward of you repeat the same mistakes? The pandemic is not over. We can past it but not focus of what lies ahead, focus on what lies in the present and resolve it. Cory Aquino's last SONA speech was miles better. The speech was real and heartfelt.

Also he should have stated here that he supports Ukraine. That was a missed opportunity and again, one look at history could have easily earn him credibility. Had he had Philippines stands by Ukraine and any other countries fighting for their independence, just like our forefathers did for more than 300 years from Lapu Lapu to the Philippines Guerillas in WW2. No country has any right to invade, occupy or colonise another country. We pray for their success.

Wow.. Probably the best speech i have heard from quite some time. It's not about not having a teleprompter its basically like an impromptu coming from the heart. Delivery is great.

The best speech I’ve ever heard .

Truly a man of word. I just hope and pray that he can fulfill all of his dreams for our country. Also I hope Filipinos will put their trust on this man just like what they did for PRRD. He was the only president who was bombarded with so many crisis and yet survive it with flying colors. PBBM has so many potentials but Filipinos who were clouded by their biases and prejudice can't see it. Change happens when we work as one, we are united. Divisions and oppositions is a cancer in the society. I love him saying Filipinos has potentials for great achievements. We can, if we do it together.
