You said the same words as the other lady, "it seems he knows what he's talking" which means you are not sure if he really knows but you're all for it, kinda deceptive mixed with ambivalence. I hope you read more about land reform, about the farmer's obligation once he's awarded ownership sans any financial obligations. It is somehow punitive to the original owner if the government will not pick up the tab. Then without any law restricting the new owner of selling or rezoning his new owned parcel, the land previously being tilled to produce rice could be idle or rezoned thus resulting into lower rice production which is contrary to Marcoses plans. Lots and lot of factors about farming: tractor, fertilizers, pesticides, harvesting, drying, tilling etc. Do you think all the awardees can finance all those expenses for a good harvest. I am just a farmer but you may have a better perspective. Good luck!

And while I sounded ambivalent, my intention was not to deceive. Neither it is to sway anyone to feel the same. We're all entitled to make own opinion anyway. But I'd rather lean towards instilling hope. And yes, I could already be hoping against hope. But what else is there for our farmers? They've always been on the receiving end when reforms fail, or worse, shelved. I agree with what you said about the repercussions on both sides - the original owner, who may or may not even get compensated reasonably, and the supposedly new owner whose new land, if with no law restricting them of reselling, could just be of no use to farming again. I totally agree with you on this. It's just that it's about time our farmers get the needed attention. And as you've said, more than being awarded the land, there's a lot more they'll need to spend on. But I'm hoping we'll get there. I came from a family of farmers myself. And while my folks were not like those who till for someone else, we own our lands. And we felt those struggles such as having to go through a middle man who'll just our produce at a very cheap price, when the fertilizer we use are far more expensive. We ended up paying more than we're earning. Eventually, that stopped the next generations from investing in farming or to just even consider it. I do feel for the farmers.

Try to watch carefully. 1 hour +++ speech wont be possible without clear and detailed "kodigo"...lahat po ng "values" and "numbers" that he cited during thw speech must be precise and accurate. Otherwise pwede po xang magkamali. Yes, may teleprompter po sa harap nya, kaliwa at kanan. Ofcourse, di yan ipapakita. Kasi mawawala ang focus ng tao sakanya. ✌️

@@ryemo5204 you’re right he has a kodigo , but all part of his speech was made by himself … pinag aralan nyang mabuti at mula sa puso nya lahat ng sinabi nya . Tunay na may malasakit sa ating mga kababayan at bansang Pilipinas

@@nicadayao5256 Atleast we are clear about him having a "kodigo" just to make things straight. About your claim doing his "FULL" speech. I highly doubt that. Kahit sinong presidente may appointed speech writer sila. They are experts of what they do. Even the presidents of the USA and other big countries. The presidents review, add, omit some parts before him approving the speech. Maxadong mahabang oras ang gugulin for him to make that long speech and baka di na nya maasikaso ang mas mhahalagang problema ng bansa. And yes, even other short speeches, may taga gawa din po sya. Wag po taung nalilito. Try to research po.

Ok lang na may teleprompter ksi sya nman gumawa nung speech nya..para may outline at hindi paligoy ligoy.

PBBM, he's so brilliant speech without SOME copies...he definitely LIKE his FATHER. i would like always proud on HIM. and SALUTES as well.more POWER to our COUNTRY and be blessed.

How can you be proud to be a pilipino. Explain it please. The Philippines is full of corrupt politicians. Yes or no.

Kakaiba talaga si mr president marcos. Now lang ako nakapanuod ng full sona na hindi hindi nabobored except from tatay digong. Great leader . Napapa wow talaga ako .
