Full Leg Workout for Athletes | Day from the Athlete Program

Download a full week in the Athlete Program→ www.fitnessculture.com/traini...
Our Athlete program is focused on giving you the total package so you can excel in any situation. Speed, Power, Strength, and Endurance are all trained every week. In today’s low body trainer we focus on Speed, Power, and Muscular endurance.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We start the day with some drills that will help your acceleration utilizing medballs. Next, we move into some olympic lifting followed by a superset of dynamic effort work and plyometrics to develop explosive power.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lastly, we cap the day off with some muscular endurance work that will leave your legs exhausted and jack your heart rate up.
Today's workout:
(1:00) Med Ball Overhead Throw - 3x5
(1:19) Lateral Med Ball Toss with Sprint - 3x2 each
(1:50) 1. Hang Power Snatch - 4x3
(3:10) 2a. Box Squat - 4x3
(3:20) 2b. Depth Jump to Broad Jump - 4x2
(4:41) 3a. Bulgarian DB Split Squat - 3x15 each leg
(5:13) 3b. Single-Leg DB RDL - 3x15 each leg
(7:04) 4a. TKE - 3x15 each leg
(7:21) 4b. Single-Leg Hamstring Curl - 3x15 each leg
(7:40) 4c. Single-Leg Calf Raise - 3x15 each leg

Looking through the videos you guys have posted, I haven't found many power related to back/pull. other than deadlifting and power cleans. Some more videos showcasing what you guys do for that would be epic! Love the videos!

Can someone please help me and give me a few tips on this issue. When i squat with a heavy load my hips tend to shift slightly to the left. I do incorporate a lot of unilateral movements into my training week but im not sure if im doing enough or how i can fix this problem. And why do the hips shift in the first place??
