Probably for large counties of doors probably will work good. Here’s was only around 4 -6 doors Yes , trim should be finished first when is a Repaint, but on new construction works different, first comes the framers, then drywallers then painters , then trim guys Ect Here in my state CA Thank you buddy, And for watching and subscribing!

Ok, ok . Not terrible, but room for improvement . With all of my hard work and dedication. No matter who the boss was, or if it's me.. And I could be down painting a pipe gallery at a shit plant doing industrial epoxy finished. Spray or roll. Or working a commercial job doing some oil on handrails at a school. Or some fine finish or blow and go cookie cutter residential spec homes with latex and oil modified/ waterborne poly or laquer mix. 1. My crew and I wouldn't be working without being suited up in a proper uniform. And those are painter whites folks. From hat down to some Adidas white shell toe shoes. 2. Now if you plan to stay in the game full time and crush some years away stacking those racks$$. Then I highly suggest with all cost and no excuse. You should always be wearing a dam respirator doing any kind of brush, roll, spray oil, epoxy and Ect.And anything airborne always. Especially inside. A particile mask will not keep you out of harm from vocs and other nasty vapors. Not to mention all the silica and titanium dioxides pouring out of that little 311 spray tip you're using. Surprisingly enough, amonia is no joke either and potentially could have deadly side effects 3. Why do you choose to use such a small tip blowing primer on your lids? Are you using to small of a pump such as a Graco 395pc or titan 440. And only able to achieve 0.54 gpm. Or is it just something you have came custom to and have became comfortable with? I only ask, because a spec house with skip trowel finish . 3 bed 2 bath. Probably about 1600- 2000 ft2. Excluding a 2 car garage. I could by myself lay down 40-50 gallons in under 2 hours start to finish cross hatching my spray laps using no less then a 517 tip. Typically I personally like to and train my guys and gals once they become comfortable. To blow using a Graco 695 or 795 pro contractor series and a 621 tip for most ceiling and big wall. Laying down some serious paint to where it looks like glassy water about to almost start to sag but magically doesn't when application is applied correctly. 517-415 most other walls. 311 for closet and doors. 211 for those tight shitty areas you typically stick the new guy in😉! Not trying to sound like I've got an ego and realize everyone has their own system. But when your flipping new homes like that on the daily. It all comes down to production. 4. Now over my 18 years of painting for the good, bad and ugly bosses. And even after I became a boss and have learned it all comes down to the smile on a client or general contractors face. And the best way to achieve that is to pay close attention to detail. Every contractor likes their job done their way for the most. And we as subs don't always have any control in the scheduling. And I a perfect world me as the painter polishing every other subs turd and making it look like no mistake was ever made cuz that's what a painter does . I like to be the last crew in other then sparkys and plumbers dropping toilets and trimming lights and switch plates . That being said, I would prep and prime. Then sand all base and case. Blow all trim down with air,vac and tac and spray 2 coats finish. Then wrap trim . Blow any accent wall first. Mask and drop blue 99 In. Plastic which is meant to be sprayed on more then once verses black 9 ft. Which can only be sprayed on one time or you take a chance of a nightmare waiting to be had. Then spray all remaining walls main finish coat . Andi achieve my finish in one day coat achieved by a big tip and vertical half lap. Immediately following back through with a horizontal half lap " CROSS HATCH". Then drop 3M black 9 ft plastic to blow lids. . In a fucked up world and halving to come back to spackle and caulk and decide to spray or brush and roll your trim. I definitely get spray and lay with a roller because you're going to have so mainly touch ups by the time everyone is out that you might as well include the 3rd coat as a separate bid added on or back charge. But what I don't understand is how you get away with or allow spraying an entire houses walls with a darker color and able to walk away from that. Because I damn well know that my very trained eyes would be able to call out any bit of over spray and touch ups, even on a flat ceiling because no touchup sheen will ever match a spray finish without flashing . But then again I've seen painters not even understand what the hell flashing is. Might look great from your house, but how about from down the street? Anyways, we all cut corners. But I am asking are those corners cut worth it in the end? 5. Overall I give you a 7. Keep up the hard work. And seriously, put some whites on if you're going make painting videos. The professionalism goes a long ways when you look like a painter and not a guy working off of Jose's stucco crew. 👍 Knock em dead 🐯 and stack those racks boss💲💰💱

Ps. You should charge more. I guy once taught me there is something wrong if you are getting all the jobs. Do you want to work your life away. Or only work half that getting paid the same if not more. If you have people wanting you to only be the one to paint for then. Then all completion is eliminated and you are worth what ever you say . And that's the difference between making $100 or a $1000 per hour! A job like this I would charge abouut$12,000 in today's market in salida,Co. And yet I would be one of the lower bids!
