A1 cuff laterals - 2 sets, 8-12 reps *1 drop set on last working set
B2 cuff rear delts - 2 sets, 8-12 reps *partials to extend both working sets
C3 rack military press - 2 sets, 8-12 reps *double drop set on last working set
D1 Incline cable face-pulls - 10-12 reps
D2 incline EZ bar front raise - 10-12 reps
2 sets, *drop set for n last set of face pull **mechanical drop on last sent or front raises

Cable info is really appreciated. Clearly more efficient and less risk of injury over time or if you already have a labral tear like me…minimizes overuse that can have it flare up.

Muscle anatomy is probably the single least important thing in all of med.anatomy so I’m just finally realizing I have the total CRAP rear delt variant 😡 equivalent to no “inferior head” in the example here 😢
Brian has a great physique. Too bad that I can't watch AEW because they're obsessed with pushing the smallest guys who don't look like they could win a real fight with anybody.
