    @@PooplexCanal Yes but in most studies, high protein is considered as 25% of energy intake or roughly 150kcals for a 2500kcal diet. He is consuming over double this. High protein is generally very healthy but there is no studies looking at an intake this high or long term effects.

    I went to the bank today and I asked the Teller if she knew how much 7 ounces of chicken was. She looked so confused + we dont even use ounce measurement where I live.     For the past week all I’ve been eating for lunch and dinner is rice with some sort of grilled meat with a small salad bowl and one fruit to end with, and although the taste isn’t the most versatile, my energy levels have gone up like anything and my acne has just disappeared.     Sadik bro, that grill needs some TLC. Very easy to clean, leave on highest flame for at least 15 minutes, grab a metal wire grill brush and scrape away. your steaks will thank you. Other than that, I truly admire this commitment to training and diet, it is the area I generally fail at. In my personal struggle of fitness, nutrition is by far the hardest part of the equation. I love to train, I can easily hit my sleep goals of 7-9 hours per night... but to plan out and stay on the right nutrition track is by far the biggest challenge. I love these videos for ideas and inspiration. Thank you!
