Many reason on probably why: he's not on crazy amount of gear or GH, insulin (if he even uses those two). His body weight and class only allows for so much weight gain that he can get that the surplus can't be that high.

Finally.... Terrence. ❤
3:54 I can answer that froma personal stand point, I've been dieting recently and watching other people eat a lot more than me kind of negates the reason for me to over indulge. I see someone else enjoying their quantity of food and I want to get back to that, so for me it's motivation to keep eating clean! From 200lb down to 162lb with only 2lb to go then I'm done!
Love this channel and this series

Always fun to see what bodybuilders eat in a day and train in a day. If you know what I mean it can be very motivational.

Glad you like them! Groceries aren't as easy to produce these days but we are working on alternative solutions!
The protein cereal is genious
Glad to see someone else who likes grits. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or because folks see corn as a vegetable rather than a starch, but it really seems to get overlooked. There aren’t that many solid carb options to begin with - oats, rice, potatoes, pasta - so having just one more can really expand your recipe options and provide important nutrients. Personally I like eggs & grits, turkey bolognese on polenta, or barbecue chicken with arepas (Colombian cornmeal cakes, so basically it’s BBQ and cornbread.)
I think John is coaching Terrence, you can tell from his diet
