One thing bodybuilders do that really impress me... Is digestion. If i had to eat the same amount of food/meals id be taking a shit all day. How tf... Especially kai green... But if you have a fast metabolism you need that amount of carbs like construction workers...
I like how he's one of the few massive bodybuilders who doesn't sound like he's struggling to breathe.

Dear Fouad. I just love your videos. You eat so healthy! Wish I could eat like you. I am purposely reducing my calories so I just eat once a day. Chicken or fish with a baked potato. I don't like pasta, rice, cereal or bread. Vegetables like broccoli. I am glad to see you are health conscious too

For my birthday I had a big cheat day. For breakfast I went to Denny’s with my friend and I got a grand slandwich, French toast with powder sugar and side of berries and syrup, 3 cheesy scrambled eggs with 4 slices of bacon, 3 of there pancakes that had something on it. Then for lunch my friend took my to outback and I got an appetizer which was the wings, then a 8 ounce steak with Aussie cheese fries, and steakhouse Mac n cheese, then dinner I had Pizza Hut large bbq chicken and bacon pizza with ham, jalapeños, peppers, and grilled mushrooms with 8 chicken wings with cheesy breadsticks with marinara sauce for the pizza and ranch and blue cheese for the wings, and for dessert we went to Publix and got a Oreo cheesecake, Ben n Jerry’s, and Cinnabon’s. I ate 1 slice of the cheesecake, 2 scoops of the ice cream, and 1 Cinnabon. Best part about it was it was all free for me cause my friends paid for it as a birthday present and I was in a food coma and slept so hard that night

@@LilAlpo1 Yes but less visible, i mean i get a little more chunky of course (face, les details in arms, back etc) my point were gaining muscle in my quads (weak point) hard to do (ego of being shredded got to go) but it works (i got more legs muscle now)
Honestly love he eats what he wants..,because it works for him. Staying in your lane is exactly how you get that big
I agree as far as condiments. I use condiments, I always have not worried about the sugar too much as long as we're training, or watching the other carbohydrates
Probably need to raid the fridge at midnight if that's all I ate. He needs to double down and bulk up properly. Lightweight

A video on how to get a preworkout meal in quickly would be great! For me I train right after class which is a couple hours after breakfast and struggle to get a good balanced snack/meal in quickly before I train.

Id cut the Isolate and have casein protein as that stays in you much longer during sleep, kind of has a different texture to it than normal isolate protein, its like a dessert styled texture, much different from regular isolate protein (which is more common for people to use all the time) i use both and they both play their part, ones fast digesting (isolate) - straight after workout or whenever you need a quick hit of that protein, & casein before bed as you generally wont be eating for a solid 8hr sleep & need something more slow burning to stay in you longer

Great video brotha! I’m trying to bulk up by eating more. Already put on 19 lbs in two months. 197 early feb to 216 today. My biggest issue is eating a big hardy breakfast. Before bulking season I would wake up head to work and train clients then eat around 12 or 1 or 2 the latest. My body got so adapted to that so even on days off I have zero appetite for my morning meals. Any tips to build my appetite would help because bulking up without breakfast is basically trying to drive a vehicle with no gas.

Same here I was intermittent fasting for so long I eventually just didn’t want to ever eat breakfast when I started bulking. The only way I managed was having 2 scoops of whey protein with milk in the morning and just downed it, then started adding a banana in it
Used to have Swiss here in buffalo. Miss that place like crazy. As a kid I’d cut a hole in the roll and stuff it with chicken, butter and fries and dip it in the chalet sauce

Joshua Tippie he saying why are you eating so low calories? Your a growing kid and practically starving yourself. Eating 920 Cals as a teen isn’t good what’s so ever. You need more calories as u need to grow. If your trying to lose weight u can you can up your calories . Quit eating that little amount
His 3rd meal is my whole protein for the day lol

Luv this guy. Down to earth. Meals are great. I love his simple Potato and Tuna. I make it whenever my wife is working for dinner Tastes Great and What else is better for my Biceps besides Tuna and Potato.
I like this guy. He doesn't sell that ig fancy eating shit. He keeps it real.

I was watching a video of guys who are serving sentences. It's amazing how prison food sucks. No supplements, proteins, etc. Yet these guys are jacked!
EVERY day of this lol that is some dedication. I probably don't eat 1/3 of this.

Train legs on treadmill 5 days per week every morning (warm up) and afternoon (cool down) Day 1 - back, biceps, abs Day 2 - chest, shoulders, triceps Day 3 - back, biceps, abs Day 4 - chest, shoulders, triceps Day 5 - back, biceps, abs Day 6 - chest, shoulders, triceps (cheat day so no cardio)
