Take the time out for yourself to tune into your breath and your body with this 25 Minute Full Body Stretch Routine. This yoga-inspired flow is perfect to wake-up your body in the morning or relax your body in the evening. You could also use this video as a cool down after one of my workouts. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for not just this but all your videos even if the workout is hard you make everything seem so relaxed. I work all day in heels and usually standing, and feel as if I have a broken body after I come home but with this stretch session I feel alive and have the opportunity to thank my body for all the hard work it’s doing and I’m sure my soul and body appreciates you for making such life saving videos. This stretch is amazing. Been suffering from severe lower back pain and hip tightness from sitting and writing for work and my dissertation. I honestly feel so restored after this that is a miracle.

You are such a wonderful instructor, Nicole. My deepest heartfelt thanks for all your videos. I love how you focus on the feeling of the movements and honouring the body. It's so refreshing as so much of the fitness world is filled with language that makes it sound as if we should be at war with our bodies. Instead, your workouts are about finding pleasure in movement and loving our bodies. I couldn't be more grateful for that.

I have been doing this stretch EVERY morning for the past month and absolutely LOVE it! It was quite challenging in the beginning but my flexibility definitely improved as I do it. Just want to say thank you Nicole for creating this

I came across your channel when looking for some pilates workouts and I am completely in love with your workouts! I tried this video during my lunch break when working from home. Your voice is so soothing. I wish you were my neighbor, any time I was having a bad day I would ring your doorbell and have a 10 minute conversation just so your voice eases my tension away. Of course after a month you would stop answering your door but at least I had the month. And definitely some more yoga or stretch videos would be 👍.
I follow this routine a few times a week after sitting at my desk all day and it always makes me feel so refreshed and in tune with my body. All your workout videos are excellent Nicole; they're so high quality, your delivery is impeccable and I really appreciate your thoughtful but fuss-free style of instructing. Thank you so much for your hard work! It's made such a difference to me physically and mentally over the past few months

@@MoveWithNicole honestly, I think the people who dislike this video are simply jealous. You are clearly a very talented woman. I can not comment on the technical part of your Pilates videos cos I have only started doing them this year and just getting familiar with Pilates but I have been doing yoga for a long time and this practice beautifully put together. On top of it you are obviously amazing at dancing, too. I thought you might do ballet cos of the way you move during workout , so I looked you up and watched your dancing videos. You are extremely talented so don’t even look at the dislike cos there are always going to be people who only see the negatives. I used to be very overweight and people were critical about it but went I lost 5stone and my size changed to 6-8(UK) the same people criticised me again, lol 😂 keep up the good work and us happy on the other side of the video/world. Much love from the UK ❤️
