Take the time out for yourself to tune into your breath and your body with this 25 Minute Full Body Stretch Routine. This yoga-inspired flow is perfect to wake-up your body in the morning or relax your body in the evening. You could also use this video as a cool down after one of my workouts. This felt so hard because it's hot and humid morning here. I'm also getting back to moving my body after being sick. But I made it and I was surprised how strong my mind and body is🧡💥
Would love some more of these 15 morning yoga classes. Just wonderful! Even an evening 15 class to stretch out all your muscles after a long day of work on your feet. (12 hour shifts in the hospital)..... pleaseeeee❤❤❤

January w4 d2 done! My body was needing this workout for sure. After I finished the workout, I was warmed and my back was feeling stretched and not stiff as every morning ❤️

Just started getting better from Covid and thought this would be an easy way to ease in to the weekly workout plan. BUT. this routine was anything but easy. It looks simple but boy does it work you out!!! Amazing routine! I’ll do this again when I am 100% back in form 😅 I just hope I don’t relapse now. 😂
