    Yoga With Adriene I love this! I love waking up to see this posted. It's helping me stay motivated to get into my morning yoga routine. I love the way it challenges my mind and body and I just get excited every morning for it. Day 3 and my body is already feeling amazing.

    Stretch! I'm actually curious about the Yoga curriculum as it's quite intuitive with respect to maintaining a beautiful body. Today's exercise was quite challenging. However, I feel really better. :) Looking forward to Day 4 with confidence!!!! :) Thank you Adriene!!! :)

    Benji is an excellent addition to these videos. I love his complete indifference to your attempts to teach us yoga. Also, him deciding to join you on the mat at 7:00 was hilarious.

    Me, every time I do yoga: 20 minutes in: OMG YESSS THIS FEELS SO GOOD I FEEL IN PERFECT HARMONY WITH THE WORLD & MYSELF I'm already late and there'll be days I won't be able to do this, but I think I might actually finish this one! My record was finishing 29 days of Yoga Camp and not doing the 30th, just as if I wouldn't let myself accomplish anything. Anyway, I've been visiting this channel for a long time, and it has really helped me many times, calmed me and made me connect my body with the mind. Thank you so, so, so much, Adriene!

    I'm really having to find focus and motivation to stick to my goal to finish this 30 days also. I got sore and sick and didn't do anything for 3 days, but that doesn't mean I still can't accomplish this. I just tell myself it has to work for me and with me, missing a day is not failure, I can get right back on track by doing something today! good luck to finish your goals!

    favorite of the True journey so far! (I know it’s early days). Loved: - the gentle allowing of Benji - something I love which I’ve noticed in many videos is how Adriene knows and acknowledges so many of the times I’m mentally happy or dreading or wishing a move was over, etc. like how she knows lying down is like yeah! Or acknowledges when something is painful (in the sense of muscle fatigue) and she’ll say things like “only 2 more” it helps me and makes me feel validated and understood. - Probably the best thing of all to me is the integrity and down-to-earth quality. {Years ago I had dvd’s that I would only do a couple times because (though I hadn’t articulated exactly why) I didn’t like the pretentious vibe or all the fluff of music and exotic location and instructors who were so serene and serious...hard to relate to. I know some ywa vids have elements of music or different location but to me the heart of ywa is the at home practices where she is talking directly to me! ❤️ (ok talking to us all but the way I experience it just to me lol). And also I know what Adriene is bringing even if she does include those elements..Thank you lovely Adriene! Blessings to you and yours, including Benji 🐶❤️

    I love that when I hit play the vid only had a few hundred views and then when I got to the end there were over a thousand more. Lovely to know I was practising with so many others at exactly the same time. Big love to all

    Day 3: found myself not being able to do the forward lounges and got annoyed at my body, then laughed because my motive is to love myself and realise toxic or negative thoughts. I can keep going!! C:

    You don't have to do any yoga breath-stretches that are difficult or uncomfortable. See "smooth alisandre yoga" on KZread for some streamlined sequences. I recommend "3 Way Neck Stretch True Alisandre" also for a moving meditation that's been taught favorably to over 6,000.

    my animals are always interested in my home yoga as well.. I think it is because they realize that is when we are living in the present - the place they live ALL the time - it is like they know we are tuning into the frequency and listening to the world, as they are ALWAYS listening..

    Adriene's yoga has been so restorative for me. I just finished the first 30-day series and now doing True. I've been a runner for 25 years - including half-marathons - but had consistent foot and knee pain from running plus serious neck, shoulder, back pain from general tension that I didn't know how to release. Now I am pain-free, and I carry the body awareness, flexibility, strength, posture, and intentional breathing from these sessions throughout my day. My body feels free to experience running in a stretchier, stronger way... Not least, it's all massively contributing to the self-care and coping I need as a foster parent. I appreciate that these are offered for free. Thank you for the act of public service, education, and love!

    Hi Adriene - when I turned 60 my husband suggested we start doing yoga together and we chose Yoga with Adriene! First we did the 30 days from 2015 and LOVED it! Now we are doing TRUE and it is especially good for me because I am a person “born in a hurry,” so slowing down and paying attention is particularly beneficial. We told our daughter we were doing yoga and she asked, “Yoga with Adriene??” “Yes!” Said she, “I was doing Yoga with Adriene before she was cool!” My husband and I are truly enjoying it and becoming so much more flexible and strong. Sometime’s our dog joins us but we don’t tell her about Benjy (jealousy issues). Thank you so much for this special part of each day - we are hooked!

    Having Benji in the videos reminds me to relax when my dog interrupts to sit on my mat. It's not about doing the movement "perfectly" it's about working with where we're at, not fighting it, and still finding joy in the practice (and our furry yogi friends).

    I love how you mentioned that Benji is included to show "at home yoga as-is." I have a toddler and preschooler running around during my yoga practice, and it is so refreshing to feel the "as-is" approach. Even if I am interrupted or have lots of noise around, it is totally ok!!! And, Benji has kept my 2 year old entertained for longer, providing fewer interruptions. So thank you for him!

    One of the best things a yoga instructor has ever said to me: Me: I know I dont look like I do yoga... Her: I dont even know what that means. This made me go "Huh." cuz it made me realize that it doesnt matter what your body looks like or how flexible you are or how well you nail a pose to be someone who does yoga. Yoga really isnt about any of those things anyway. For me, it's about feeling good and connecting with your body, mind, and spirit/energy.

    I've been trying to stretch my shoulder out in that way for months. That stretch with the belly on the mat, the arm stretched out, and the leg behind finally allowed me to feel that stretch. Feels so goooooood.

    I am going to be dramatic because why not. This session saved me today. I was having a breakdown where I started feeling really bad about where I am in life. And my body just went “yoga, do yoga”. I could feel this sudden yearning for it. I have been so inconsistent with getting to the mat. And I had my True calendar on my wall and day 3 was up. So I went and did it and I now firmly believe the body knows what you need. I can’t explain it or rationalize it. I feel so much better. My body is tired and stretched and satisfied. And I feel like myself again. I haven’t felt like that in a long time. Thank you 🥹

    Definitely one of my favourite practices to far with Adriene- I think it's because I can actually see how far I've come in the last few months! I was so so inflexible when I started and now I'm able to do moves I never thought I would! For anyone starting I'd say come back to this practice after a few weeks and see how much you've progressed! Well done all of us! Xx

    Hello Adrienne, and all my fellow yogis. This my third 30 day yoga journey, and my first time I am adding a comment. My mind wants to judge myself, and apologize for that, but my heart says there is no place for self judgement. So with that I want to say thank you Adrienne for who you are and what you do. I have wanted to become a yoga teacher for many years, but honestly haven’t had the spare money, and more then that, I haven’t believed in myself enough. So at the end of last November, my wife inspired me to go on a one year yoga journey. She challenged me to do yoga everyday for one year, and to study all of the components of the true practice of yoga. She also challenged me to, at the end of my six months of daily yoga practice, to start teaching yoga, to my friends. So that is my journey. I am on day 112. 112 straight days! I never thought I could do anything like this before, but for some reason it felt right this time. I always looked at yoga from a different way...wanting to get strong and have a good physic, but when my wife gave me this challenge, I had such a different vision of my yoga practice. It has been a beautiful journey, and again I want to say thank you Adrienne. 🙏🙏🙏

    So Good evening from Hong Kong. It's 11.10pm but I did it! It was good and I feel great but I was very close to give up! I wish I could do the practice in the morning but being at home on my own with a baby and a toddler it's impossible...plus the time zone would not allow that unless I am one day behind.     I just have to say , I am SO in love with True .. everything about it , dude .. there's just something about this series .. I feel amazing . I'm in love with the music , too . I think this is my favorite series yet . It's so beautiful , thank u for all of this , Adriene . I love u so much .

    Today, I had a job interview which went pretty well, but it still left me feeling frazzled after. As I got home, I decided to do this yoga practice, and it really helped me see things clearly. If I do get the job, then I'll be really thankful, but if not, then I'll be grateful for the opportunity given to me and find another job that's fit for me. Thanks Adriene.

    It was when I sat up after doing this practice that I really began to feel it! I feel like I'm floating through my movements with ease. Taking the time to care for your body, not to power through movements but to stretch and ask yourself what you really need is severely underestimated. I will be returning to this practice, no doubt about it.

    You're amazing. I love everything about you, your humor, your gentle nature, you're just so plugged in. And I find your dog incredibly distracting in the best way possible. If I miss watching him move to his next position I have to get up and rewind it because he's too cute! You're a new discovery for me and I look forward to expanding through your seemingly endless 30 day programs!

    Even better the second time! After completing 30 days of TRUE and continuing with a daily practice, I have become reacquainted with my body! My energetic yoga body has reawakened and reconnected with my mind. This is what I was looking for. This is what Yoga With Adriene is doing for thousands of people.     I did not trust after day 2! I was so sore that I skipped a day. Lo and behold, Adriene knew exactly what I needed. Thanks for keeping the faith even though I didn't. See you tomorrow, and the next day and the next!

    Wow... This is the first time commenting after doing 30 days of yoga, revolution and finally the 3rd day of this series. I've been sick for at least four days, and today's the first day I feel strong enough to move with control. I had a strange, very liberating moment during this video. I REALLY felt connected and understood the concept of feeling connected. It felt SO GOOD. I wanted to cry from joy.

    I started this practice crying of exhaustion, hunger and frustration. Here I am, one session later, with a wide smile on my face and taking full breaths deep into my belly. Thank you for this experience, it is changing my life!

    Did day 2 and 3 to catch up as had to skip yesterday due to stomach bug. Loved both days. Can feel it in my legs and can feel my left knee getting stronger each day I do yoga. Thank you for this series!

    Second time doing this. First with True and second with February calendar. Feels so good. I love how you work different parts of the body in each practice. With a yoga video on DVD you work the same parts each time you do the practice. With your KZread videos I get a yummy new practice each day and get to work different body parts each day. Thank you!

    My body isn’t naturally flexible but my mind is. That’s why I love yoga so much! I even can see improvement in my flexibility after year and a half everyday practices!

    If we were counting we would have achieved one tenth 😊 But, who’s counting and, most of all, why should we???     I did not feel like doing yoga at all tonight cuz I hate practicing at home so I usually have to trick myself into stretching by just going and sitting on my mat and turning on one of these videos. Adriene you never cease to amaze me. 5-10 minutes into the video I am ALL in every single time. So ready for what day 4-30 bring. You’re the best 💞
