Vertical integration is the way to go, building out multiple business streams in the housing segment is smart. Kofi is very strategic, very smart. I follow his progress very closely. Glad to see he's plugging along and doing well.

All these real estate, real estate and real estate. When will these real estate building investors invest in manufacturing for the so many unemployed in Ghana? If you guys are relying on akufo addo, the President of Ghana to invest in the manufacturing, then you are wasting your time. Akufo Addo is too dumb to even know what viable manufacturing to invest in. You can at least diversify in some Manufacturing to create buyers for your real estates. Some of you really need to think and think proper.

@@kwakuakonto8942 Where's the sense in the politics you want to play. Nana Addo destroyed businesses with bad economic policies. So stop the shambolic politics, soon he would be call to give account.

Apparently, the average locals can't afford these homes. Keep in mind that you will need to be retired with a pension and money saved. A young person would need to be professional and making the money to afford one of these homes. I can't see a young person making a lot of money unless you have a business that is thriving because the money needed is USD,

Those options are very limited. Again, you need USD to purchase these homes. People living in Ghana don't have a lot of opportunity to afford the places to live . Buying a new place in Ghana is not cheap. @@kentdavids6611

Wow so the investment is a dream. It envy comes the people suffering the unknown underlying anxieties. Where can the native get 55,000 for a home. So the area is segregated .how do you fit in .

Are most Ghanaians renters? Or is it a lot of informal housing? That's what's most confusing to me. It seems like folks just kind of squatters...

  • @hayal1693

How many jobs comes from the native people. At some point we have to become transparency . People get frustrated, low energies becomes like old fish. Really unfair to disrespectful for the diaspora coming to capture compassion from the locals.
