The reservation fee is only $5000 The payment plans are. 1- 100% payment and get a $25,000 rebate at handover. So you only pay $154,000 for the 3 bed. I love this place but to be honest I can’t afford it. I’m a NYer as well. Yea, it’s affordable if I stay in NY but if I move to Ghana and make Ghana wages it won’t be. I seen too many Diaporans crying broke after being there for some time. I’m a nurse and I don’t k ow how much nurses make there. I just know outside of the US nurses don’t make much.
