This is what all of us from Ghana especially in the diaspora plans to come back to do so we can live in peace amongst our own people
Look at my boy in his uniform, looking too cool for school.!!
Congratulations for all the progressive achievements in Ghana. You and the family have done very well.
❤ The nature sounds. Calming - Congrats on the home. May it forever be filled with love, peace & joy.
I have been following you ever since you made your transition to Ghana and have been really impressed with the way you are motivated. Now you are another step further. God bless the house and family in it. Embrace the positivity of those who encourage you and ignore that of the naysayers, as you will always get enough of both. It is rather late to say "welcome home bro" now cause you are already the epitome of an african.
You motivate me more than I already am. Peace and blessings!
Happy for your boy/children- in Africa everything we do as adults is for the next generation/our children and community
Congratulations my brother; I am very happy for you guys!!
Simple. Affordable... and it's all yours. No mortgage.

Your son is very smart boy.
Please install fire alarms and CO2 detector close to the kitchen.
The bathroom wall needs to be knocked down and the bathroom and toilet will be much bigger Paint in neutral colours inside and outside white in side bring colours in with the furniture. And paintings and cushions and curtains. This house has lots of potential and plant trees grass and plants Lots of colours create eco garden and sit back and watch the wildlife come lots of beautiful. Coloured dragon flies butterflies lizards. Congratulations Tim and Wife.
Hi just a word of advise. please dont give a child of your sons age nuts, as they can choke on them and will be difficult to remove, as nuts are usually the same size as a child of this ages throat. In the UK, they advise not to give nuts to small kids, because choking on them is common. There are also warning signs on packets of nuts. Thanks for the video.
Daammmnn, Tim, it was sounding like you were on your way back to the States, now this! How you mak'n a liv'n in Africa? Or is it driven more by a US source of income?
❤❤❤❤
So have you moved since this house you said your first? Hopefully you will have some grass and plants at the next one..Too much concrete for me. I have noticed they build a lot of " Compound " Type houses without any living plants why is that. I do however Love that they build with color.

Exactly my thoughts it's a very common thing in most West African houses/compound, no gardens or plants/trees, too much concrete. Guess it's easier to maintain

it's because of snakes. although they're not so common anymore, back in the day people were always concerned about poisonous snakes so they wouldnt have a lot of trees and greenery around

@@tvs9978 I lived in Texas and killed a 4' or longer rattlesnake sunning outside my door ON concrete he met his death there .They did just drop out of trees we lived near a Creek.
Is grass not a thing in Africa?
Do you own the house or you're a tenant
Congratulations
