We don't do pork, but do stir fry on the blackstone beef or chicken. Delicious

Works just as good with chicken. Grill off those breasts or dark meat in advance and it's bomb.
You gotta reveal your secret rub to us one day! haha

It’s a simple one: equal parts kosher salt, brown sugar, and paprika, plus a half part of black pepper! Works awesome on chicken and pork!!
