Ingredients:
2.5 cups light color bulgur
2.5 cups lean meat (I used london broil(ground 2 times ) or you can use a lean ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp 7 spice
1/2 tbsp black pepper
For the Stuffing:
4 cups ground beef 10 % to 15% fat
2 tbsp 7 spice
1.2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp sumac
4 tbsp canola oil
2 medium onions

So we rinse the burghur? We don’t soak it for 30 minutes ?

Unicorn Vloggers hi :) thank you for watching ! You rinse it then you dumb the water there will still be a tiny bit of water in there so when you let it sit for 30 Minutes after rinsing it will soak that up :)
The onions should be always fried first
