Kibbeh is a traditional recipe in Middle East. Kibbeh is a bulgur wheat and meat based dish, mixed with nuts and spices, It can be prepared in various ways. This savoury dish is a Mediterranean alternate to a beef croquette and can be enjoyed as a starter, main or side dish.
