    Thank you, Jill for allowing us to be creative alongside your instruction! This project was a blast! I found it easier to embellish in layers rather than in sections. Bottom row, then up to the second row...only because I kept missing my cross beads when I did it in sections. I also added delica beads in between the "w" on the netting for added support when I did my reinforcements, and it looks gorgeous!! Very proud of this necklace, thanks to you!!

I'll need to give myself a year to complete, but the time invested will be so worth the end project. Thank you so much!!!

    It is so beautiful and precious! i have a question though: what to do when the thread get smaller and smaller and eventually you need to make a knot and make it longer? thebeads cannot be passed over the knot :( how do you do it?

  • @joannewton

    @joannewton

    7 жыл бұрын

    Don't knot the thread. Jill suggest turning the work so you're looking at the back and weaving the end of the thread through the beads, changing direction several times. Then do the same with the new thread to bring it to the point at which you ended the old thread, take the thread to the front and just carry on. It's easier to do than to explain!

    Jill I am always receiving information on how to price a piece that I have made. I would like to know what your formula is? It will give me a better idea on how to proceed when I do make something to sell. Not so much for earrings and such but more for expansive necklaces and bracelets. Thanks again JoAnn from NM
