My goal is to bring you great new designs, and to make beading easy and fun. I have tutorials and patterns appropriate for both beginning beaders who are looking to dip their toes in for the first time, and expert beaders who are on the look out for the next amazing design.
I became a full-time beadweaving jewelry designer and teacher in 2004, and have had the pleasure of teaching bead weaving and kumihimo classes all over the world. My home is in Austin, Texas, with my mother (June), and doggo, Poppy.
I have a robust online webstore where my team and I sell beads, findings, tools, kits, and anything else you need to make jewelry. Come check it out at jillwisemandesigns.com! I've also started doing weekly LIVE sales which you can find at jwdlive.com
I am also the author of Jill Wiseman's Beautiful Beaded Ropes, a book released by Lark Publishing in 2012, and was proud to be selected as one of Beadwork Magazine's Designers of the Year for 2013.

I love watching this video. Too much to comment on but I loved when Jill called Sam " one of those people" meanwhile the earring with the needle still attached. If I wasn't a fan before I definitely would have been after. Hope the trip was worth it
Great tutorial! What weight/size of soft flex did you use?
Hello from the thumb!
Visiting in Montana so not sure I'll make.
Love the clasp!
Yes!
Thank you very helpful
Its been since pre pandemic that I've beaded. I wanted to do a chenille and watched a couple of other videos and stopped and said "Where's Jill. I need Jill." Found the original video you taught me 7 years ago and now you just taught me again. I hope y'all survived the pandemic well. Yall were certainly set up for virtual. Thanks! (Lordy, 7 years ago and I was the last one to post back then. Weird.) Seven years???? Wow.
Jill do you a video on making the Mini Gem Duo bracelet in this video? Thank you for your reply. Patricia
Hi I just followed you on TT, but wondering if you have any tutorials on increasing and decrease tubular peyote stitch for bottles/vases?
Beautiful
Beautiful
I love colored rhinestone chain and it is not easy to find!
Is this the same as three step peyote?
Made this necklace some hears ago and will start another one. It is some work but the result is amazing. Thank you. And by the way love your new hairstyle
I just now saw this video 10 years after the fact lol! I have only been bead weaving for about 3 years & learning new things all the time. I tried doing the technique where you go under the thread bridge in order to add that extra bead. It's so simple but when I got done my bracelet curved. I thought I was putting to much tension on the side where I was going under the thread bridge. I tried making another bracket paying special attention when working that bead in yet I still had a curved piece instead of it being straight. What can I do about that & what am I doing wrong?
easy indeed but very cute also!
I watched several of these and this has been best. Very nice way ..practice makes perfect. So will measuring..
❤❤❤
Super mam
Hermosa muchas gracias 😘

Speak a Lot..my God
Extremely helpful thank you 😊
Thank you. Really good tutorial.❤
Awesome video thank you😊❤
This would look better using macrame instead of the seed beads, it does not look polished and takes away from the pearl's beauty.
Oh my I did not recognize you! The haircut looks AWESOME! You look amazing!!!!
Sure miss tutorial Love to see more learning.
Jj
Jill you are the boss! You get to keep anything you want! 🩷
Miss your beading tutorials you used to have on KZread. Loved following along on KZread. Do you ever plan on making anymore?
for size 11 what string do I use for a basic 1 strand braclet?
Porque no dan este tutorial en español para poder aprender?????????????
And thanks for the in depth research!!
Hello, Jill! Thanks for confirming some of my concerns about using stretchy cord. May I ask what size needles you used with the Nozue Sonoko thread? Thanks-Kate
Thank you for those tips.👏🏽👍🏽 I also like your gold bangle, is there a tutorial for that on your page? Also please post that video on how to replace a bead, thank you.
Thank you for the news about Tierra Cast elements. Thanks for all you do. Big hugs from Nova Scotia 🤓
I love that tourmaline! And also great news about TierraCast❤
Hi Jill! Is there a book or website you can suggest that show smallish, flat designs that could be used as pins or broaches? I specifically want to make needle minders for cross-stitching, where you attach it to the cloth like a magnetic name tag.
So clear & precise….thank you! I always need that first few steps to get rolling 😅on a project…. Love peyote but haven’t done it in years & want to make some lanyards.
Thankyou Jill ❤
I love how you do your explaining on your videos you're the best❤
I’m a new beader and it’s delightful to see a decade of backlog of easy to understand tutorials and that you’re still doing it until now! Thanks for your stuff; it’s the easiest and friendliest stuff to learn from ❤
A store in Fort Worth. She never mentioned the name.
Hi Jill. I love your designs. I was so jealous of the bead trip lol
It wasn't Wild Beads, was it?
No - Bead Heaven. They closed in 2016 and the beads have been in storage ever since!
Who closed?
Hi Jill
