@Torey Abron Na. The cop shot a suspect fleeing with a gun in his hand. The cop was justified. Also, I've noticed that African immigrants are successful in this country. They work hard, own businesses and never cry about racism. Why is the opposite true for American born blacks?

He did his job as an officer. If the other man had not had a gun and was running he would still be alive today. He was committing a crime and this would not have happened otherwise. This officer did not want to kill that day. He was doing what he was trained to do. It's unfortunate. Don't commit crimes. Don't run from police. Comply

Also in the video it does look like he turned just before he was shot. That fits the officer's story about turning and pointing the gun. But the video is so blurry it's hard to tell.

Hard to be a officer in that situation i would of just let him run why was he running from the officer if he didn't do anything I mean just putting yourself in a situation that played out

Watch the video, he turned while being chased by that officer with a gun…not to mention his criminal history of robbing people at gun point and being a felon running around with a gun…and these guys wonder why they get unalive..

He shot an armed suspect. The suspect had the gun in his hand. Delke never should have been convicted.

@@WatReallyGuud It's not a mistake to shoot an armed suspect who refuses to drop a weapon. It's a justified shooting. The mistake was charging the cop with a crime.
