Power steering fluid started to come out of the column and the bottom vent. Tractor has not been started in years. Brief overview of steering column parts and assembly.

A dremel, very carefully
Do you have a part number list for the seals and bearings?
How does the check valve and plungers go in where can I order a spring I lost one too I ant find a diagram to pu it together
