This the best how to fix video on you tube I have ever watched. No rediculus intro with weird music No talking about the dogs, weather and other personal event not related to the subject matter. It was a pleasure to learn more without the loud music and unrelated commentary Thank you for the help.
I love how Rachel and her Dad are working as a team to explain the process for doing this.
When the world gets me down, I retreat to watching tractor repair videos. Something wholesome in these. God bless.

I have a 1993 ford 3930 tractor. Could u tell me what type of injector pump it has and where the transfer pump is located
Thanks for the help and info, you and your dad are great!
I just found this channel and I freaking love it. This young lady is very knowledgeable and articulate in her videos.
Bloody perfect! I just rebuilt my 1967 Ford 3000 Diesel engine and I put the clutch in with the pokey out side toward the engine, the same way it came out. Looks like that is backwards. It still works fine though. I had a Ford New Holland dealer put a new clutch in it when they were doing other work and split the tractor. For the engine rebuild I did all the disassembly and reassembly work myself saving a ton of cash. The problem with the the engine was the #1 cylinder had a broken ring at one time and wore the cylinder so much there was not enough compression to light up the fuel. It worked ok for a while but eventually it started wet stacking, unburned fuel being blown out of the exhaust causing a black goo to dribble out of the vertical exhaust joint. It started missing too so action was required. It runs great now with a .040 over bore, new pistons, rings and bearings. The bearings looked fine but while it was all apart I decided to install new ones just because.
I am impressed by how well she explains things and how comfortable she is in the shop. Her dad has done well . I have two of my own they are not as interested in the shop as she is. But I have tried to show them as much as I can wen they do show an interest in something I'm working on.
I'm impressed you were able to complete the job in 24 minutes! You're hired!

...and after all that looking like You came directly from church... ;-)
Young Lady , I'm so happy to hear you say "throw out bearing, yes mam , and not a clutch release bearing , another thing you stated the adjustment may have been out causing the problem .... but when some one...oh I'm not saying this is what happened , but when you have someone riding with their foot riding the clutch pedal the very same thing will happen ,I think you are great thanks for having a video's out like this one...Philippine John
So glad you are back with another video! Was getting worried that you had moved on. Keep up the great work!
I wish you had a complete video series of repairs on the Howard Gem 2 wheel tractors. The best industrial-grade walk-behind tillers in the world.
Great job Dan and Rachel! Great team
Another great video!!!! I was watching this one, and my dad started to watch it with me, and he said at the end of the video... "I now want to buy a clutch."... Mind you, he doesn't own a tractor, he was just that impressed with your channel and high class presentation of how you all make things look so possible and easy... Watch, something tells me, he will be a Hit & Miss engine show some time this summer and come home with a tractor now... LOL.... Good job, It really is neat to see my ole man get fired up to play in his shop.. keep the videos rolling..
When tightening down the pressure plate, lift just a little bit on the alignment tool. Everything is sagging a bit, and you want to counter that. Get the clutch disk adjusted so you can pull the alignment tool out with a couple of fingers. Good show, good clear communication, probably one of your best presentations so far.

I was thinking the same thing. If you have to pull it out and it has very much resistance it could be out of line and binding.
We had a 3000 diesel for years. Really used it hard! 5,000 + hours when I sold it. Never had any clutch trouble. Those clutchs MUST be very durable. But of course time and age takes it toll on anything!
The line up tool is your best friend when redoing a clutch.
Love this Girl She's a beautiful woman and so Very smart Mom and Dad Raised Her Well Teaching Great hands on information and Shes so very Well spoken in her Knoledge of Tractors ❤🇺🇲❤

I'm thankful for you two and proud to have seen you continue with this over the years.
Great job Rachel and dad. This is perfect timing. My 1975 4000 diesel has recently developed a clutch issue and the individual that said he could fix it keeps putting me off. Looks like I’m on my own. Keep up the really helpful videos.
One of the best channels I've come across, really informative and so well explained.
Cool, love seeing you work with Dad.
Cool video, it's good to note the difference in pressure plate assemblies...Coil spring and Diaphragm. 🤙🏽
Dan is a great guy! I really enjoy and appreciate your videos Rachel! Have a great week! Get that mustang out!!
Glad to see you all back. Thought you had run off and left us. Great job young lady and looks like you are having a great time working with your dad.
Love your videos, both for content and style. I surely wish that I had a local mechanic with the knowledge and skill of you and your dad. He must be very proud of you.

This channel deserves more subscribers.
We always like watching your videos , Thanks 🇺🇸
Very good demonstration. I need to adjust my clutch(1973 2000 Diesel w/ FEL). Thanks, Rick
This was a very informative video!! With the number of different tractors that you guys work on I'm surprised you don't have a tractor splitter dolly.
Very helpful, thanks Dan and Rachel.
I love your videos, keep them coming. I had a new clutch fitted in my John Deere 50 series and the guy who fitted it used a track.
Great video, filmed well and explained very well. Thanks for the time and effort putting video together. 10/10
As usual, great job, fun to watch.
Thank you Rachel and Dan. I will order my single clutch kit for my MF 205-4 from your website.
My tractor had more robust plates, ford 3400 which is the industrial version. Sent to Kentucky Clutch for rebuild, they did great!! Mine also required significant flywheel grinding.
Excellent video!! Love this channel very informative!! Thank you
Been missing your videos glad you are back
Very nice job Rachel
Been waiting on this video for a long time. Thanks so much! Hopefully can order from you when I'm ready to replace mine.
Great video! Very informative and clearly presented.
Thank you for all your videos!
Great video, my 12 year old son and I are doing this same repair, along with replacing the rear main seal on a Ford 4000 SU.
This girl is a dream come true.
Very impressive... Thanks for the knowledge
Good work. Your a very good instructor.
Love the video. I am looking at FORDS here in Chile to purchase and rebuild and you will be my GO TO place for all my parts when I make it happen. God bless and thank you. Jim in Chile South America
A couple things the video doesn't mention, unless I missed it is clutch finger adjustment, or measuring runout on the flywheel. Also, if your going to go through the arduous task of splitting a tractor of this age it would probably be a good idea to replace the rear main seal too. Good video however thanks.
Thank you for all your videos So informative Great help to us God bless you all
Excellent job again, Thanks.
Great logical repair sequence. Thanks
Great video as usual!
Nice team work👍
Good video. Totally didn't know I had two clutch pedal positions for my 5900, which I don't feel with my current setup.

we have diesel versions here in Norway. me and my dad just did a engine rebuild on mine. had some bad piston rings due to gunked up radiator so was overheated some times we think by the previous owner. I love my 3000.
Yes happy to see you back, where have you been young lady 👩 . Question while the tractor was apart why wouldn't you have cleaned the greasy inside of the housing. Stay safe & Stay totally Cute

Felicidades y gracias por sus conocimientos éxito.
Love your Videos. I need to replace the seal from the PTO spline on my Mccormick B-275, Any advice or video on this? Thanks
Thanks for the video! My 75 ford 3400 will basically pop a wheelie no matter how easily I let out on the clutch and trying to easily back up to an implement is super jerky. I imagine Im having the same issue your tractor was.
Good information, thanks.
Very helpful!
what an amazing video!
Nicely done! THANK YOU FOR these videos.. do you do any work on Oliver's? I need to replace the clutch on an Oliver 1855
Thank you for your videos. If you have a lead on parts. Having difficulty finding rims for an 8N Ford none available where I live in NM. Great work on videos once again.
I like your videos very much, they are very helpful! Other videos I tried to watch Don't go near the level of good information that you do. I'm also interested in knowing if replacing two stage clutch on other tractors it's the same or different as this video shows!
Good job would this be the same on a mid seventies 135 massy with two stage clutch. Thanks.
Thank you very much.
before removing clutch pressure plate, measure the finger hieght of inner tips of fingers. Installing throw out bearing, push on the inner race of bearing and use the retainer spring on fork to bearing so keep the bearing form engageing when foot is off pedal. props to rest of video

Hello. Would you have a tip to reinstall the clutch spring on a ford 2000 ? It’s really hard to put it back as it was installed. Thank you for all your helpfull videos !
iv'e been watching you for years, although i got a Fordson super major ,this video gives me an idea of what i,m dealing with..Thank You!!! you make it seem to easy though ,, you need scraped knuckles and a few swear words lol in there.
We used to replace all 3 core plugs and cork gasket and crankshaft oil seal on all Ford 1000 series and 10 series
Wonder full work I am very happy to see From Pakistan
awesome.
After removing the plastic spacers did you have to adjust the three fingers? Thanks for the video.
It's Great to see a new video from you. Question:. What is the difference between the 3 pad clutch and the full 360 clutch ? Is one better than the other as far as life, power, and strength ? I know in racing those 3 or 4 pad clutches grab harder but don't last long.
