    @@nefertiti1052 Makes sense. Even tho he never follows the instructions exactly, and often changes ingredients, he still makes something edible in the end. If he was an amateur, that wouldn't happen. I think the biggest things holding him back is his limited kitchen appliances, and also maybe laziness preventing him from going to the store and getting the exact stuff he needs, lol

    My favorite trick for cold butter that’s like, impossible to fold because it’s COLD, is to use a cheese grater and just grate the butter you need, it softens it and makes it easier to fold into the dough 🤷🏻‍♀️

    You can make good Fries pretty easy. Cut them, put them in salted water, let them sit, dry them a bit on paper towel and fry them (you can take them out, dry them again on a papertowel, wait for a few minutes and fry them again till golden brown)
