lol would you like some Tapas with you pepper Mark....I really like pepper too, but wow.

One thing I have noticed after watching many videos of Mark is that he does not like all the food but appreciates the effort put into making it. I think that he loves those dishes which are spicy( I mean have chillies in them) with lots of vegetables and he loves meat which is not in too much gravy but either barbecued, sauted or fried with lots of spices (not just salt and pepper) I don't think he is into cheese that much.

eat a lot of food without getting fat. that's a true happiness

+CongoBonga I cook pretty damn good food and eat out at amazing restaurants. People would love to share the food with me. And I'll say it again, Mark doesn't seem to enjoy food unless he overdoses it with any kind of pepper. And since his vlog is based on watching him eat, I can comment on his excessive use of pepper. What are you his mother? So protective of Mark. He's a big boy. He can comment here if he disagrees. I didn't even say anything offensive.

the taste of the food is directly proportional to the tilting of mark's head..more tilt tastier the food.. when he just move his head vertically up and down food is average.

I think he tilts his head also if the texture is just really nice even if the flavor is mediocre. He's a texture guy. Notice sometimes (especially in Istanbul and Stockholm) he'll tilt his head on things that are not even that flavorful but have a great texture. Then after that, he adds a bunch of sauces, onions, pepper, etc. and then he's more satisfied with the taste.

Hahaha, I love you Mark, you would be able to eat even the plate... the peppers, "pimientos de Padrón" in Spanish, we grab them by the stem and eat only the soft part, but feel free!

Mark - On the second flight. The meat they served you was Besaola - a dried, cured Italian beef that's from Northern Italy. The cheese was Manchego.

I love Barcelona! Visited in May of 2015. Amazing food! Loved the fried Padron peppers! I walked by that tapas place you went to everyday! Our hotel was just up the block! Your video really reminds me of the great time I had in Barcelona! Thank you Mark! I really enjoy your videos!

Mark. I worked in Sweden back in 1967 and stayed for over a year going into Norway. We did perform music in Stockholm and your right it was a wonderful city. We performed different locations there but very very enjoyable. Glad you had a good time and one street you walked on looked like Gamla Stan which is the old town.

have a good time, I love that city. and pulpo a la gallega is my favourite tapa!

love barcelona... i went there during winter time and it was still very beautiful, sunny and warm.. i didn't get enough time to explore all of barcelona but it is one of my favorite cities and i will definitely go there again!

If you ever have the chance to go to Barcelona, i suggest you to try an app called Yumm! that helps you find the best restaurants around you and also you can find everything translated :) You can find the best deals and offers there

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Barcelona where because of you Mark we stayed at the Cotton House hotel and we ate at Ciudad Condal. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for the recommendations we can highly recommend the Cotton House. Very good location. Ciudad Condal was a fun place to eat with great food and wine.

Not really. We asians don't believe in subtlety. Unless the flavour hits you at the back of your neck, you really haven't eaten anything. That's what we believe. But again, the food the Europeans eat has a totally different ring to it. The flavours are more subtle.

OMG. This just got me pumped for my upcoming trip to BCN. Definitely gonna have to try Ciudad Condal.

I ate a second dinner of tapas in Barcelona at 11:30 at night and the place was so vibrant with lots of families with young children. It was so cool and the food and sangria was so memorable. It rained while we’re eating, but the skies had cleared when we left the restaurant and made our way back to our hotel along the Ramblas with the moonlight shining on the wet cobblestones.
