I'm happy that you had your spiritual awakening :)
I follow your flow training since the end of June and I love it. Loosing weight (86,1 kg down to 80,2 kg) is just a side effect, the energy, the overall feeling and the mindset improved by a lot. One minor alteration, in phase 4 when relaxing after the breathing exercises, you say you take some time to appreciate your body and your being. I add a smile on my face and that multiplies the positive feeling. Not forced at all, but the smile at the end makes yet another huge difference to me. Try for yourself. THX for sharing Mike! You are awesome.

Thank you Mike for what you are teaching us. This flow training is changing my life. I usually do breakfast after the training. I have the feeling you fast, but I'd rather not because I tend to lose a lot of weight when fasting, already struggling to gain some mass as it is ! Would you share some information concerning nutrition ? Peace buddy

Mike does it work even if u do 12 minutes flow training one day and other day do an hour i work in a kitchen and have a newborn is hard to train with little hours of sleep but your flow training has help me a lot but there are days when i just don't have the energy to do a full hour.
