    Thank you , i had realy bad back pain i tried everthing nothing worked, since iam doing your warm up with eagels etc. the 13 excersies from the poster, my abs push me in the correct position i can fell that, never had that before. That helped me alot Thank you.

    When the QL (lower left back) is sore/strained to the point of inhibiting normal mobility, what should I do? Are these exercises recommended as rehabilitating exercises or should I just ice/heat/go to the doctor and wait for the pain to go away before I add these exercises?

    Hello, listen, I can't find out anywhere in Poland for free about my question, I can't get an answer, maybe you can help me. I have disc herniation in L4, the hernia has absorbed itself but it can pop out at any time, it will last for life and now the question is whether I can train boxing, I'm talking about regular training without having to do any training in the ring or not?

    If it doesn’t bring you pain you can but you can’t go all out, for which you need discipline, slow and controlled movements and if any pain comes up you gotta stop.

    yes it does alot especcialy because of the squatting when sometimes you have a bad posture or you're bending your back more than your knees

    I have so much low back pain i trained my abs and it started going away i stoped training abs for 2 weeks now and its back again i hope the back pain is because of my weak abs then im just gonna keep training them and hope it goes away

    You are strengthening the QL by using it so much. It’s just that it can become overused as he explained in the video. When you have a muscle imbalance were the QL muscles are strong and the obliques are weaker then it can lead to injury or that low back pain . If you strengthen the oblique muscles too, the QL doesn’t overcompensate as much since the front side of your body will also be able to support your movements. By having strong QL muscles and obliques, you will not only be fixing a muscle imbalance and preventing the pain caused by injury, but it will also be able to help make you a better boxer by strengthening the muscles you use regularly for movement.
