This channel is pure gold 👏🏼✍🏽
been waiting for this video... Thanks!
Step with your punches , especially straight ones and use the waist to get the hips into your punches . If you don't use your hips it just becomes arm punches. Punch through not at . Loosen your arms and keep the fist tight When a punch lands snap it back as fast as it hits the target .
Nice information, keep up the good work 👍👍
So cool how you explained it. Can you recommend a channel that actually demonstrates the concept? Hey thanks a lot!
Amazing, where can we find your mobility program?
interesting and really insightful. So for an amateur fighter who fight once every month, how would that change the layout of the program? Like you mentioning few weeks stability then strength and lastly explosiveness but for an all around training regime for someone who fights quite often how would that change the program?

Maybe I missed a piece of the video, but after trunk rotation and separation of trunk rotation from legs, didn't you insert pelvis rotation?
Hi! I was wondering if training calves is a good idea as a boxer, and what exercises to do ? You’re always on your toes and activating those muscles.

It is most likely best to do plyometric training so that you can be more explosive when stepping into a punch. Also it is useless to just grow bigger calves for boxing, it will just make you slower. You have to develop power (force x velocity) not just force/strength.
