Thank you, this is brilliant for me. I looked everywhere for some straight forward exercises for my lower back pain as it’s stopped me playing golf. All other sites show exercises that are too difficult for me being 71. I can manage all three every morning in bed and each evening before bed and they are certainly making a big difference without making matters worse as some have done. Even my right hip replacement enjoys them! So a big thank you!! 🙏

If you don’t want to or can’t get up and down from the floor consider getting a massage table. I bought one from Amazon for about $100 years ago and it has made my “floor” work much easier.

Yeh love the advice. Now what is the secret of getting down on the floor to do the exercises at 70+ with a painful back and then getting up?

Exactly. Throwing out random stretches to the general population without any kind of warning is nuts. Not sure if he's a doctor, or a trainer, but I doubt both. What I do see is a guy that likes to stand in front of skeletons and charts. Even though there are good stretches shown on this channel, tossing them out without any kind of warning to consult your doctor on every video before trying is just ignorant and shows that the clicks are what's most important.

He suggests doing these while on your bed. That way you don’t have to get up and down from floor.

I bought a massage table for around $100 from Amazon. It makes the “floor work” much easier and I find it more comfortable than doing my stretch routine on my bed.

I’m late 60’s & have trouble getting on/off floor due to knee that needs replaced. Do you know how I could go about buying a used PT table, if there’s such a thing. I might be able to afford a used one. These days I don’t know what things cost. As long as it’s safe & sturdy, I can replace top cushioned cover if not good.

When reading the comments, I wonder whether it wouldn't be good for the Chanel owner to include an information text with the videos, which says that it is your own responsibility to judge whether you can do the necessary basic postures painlessly or may talk to your doctor first about your desire to do such exercises...

I'm 80 have sciatica but I found out just getting off your rear and moving is the best solution for getting rid of back and leg pain. Start slow rest then start again. Sitting all day makes the pain worse. We can't all do these exercises because we are not all alike. But if you just sit or lay every day it's going to get worse. Baby steps, just walking in my living room back and forth for the first couple of day's helped me to be able to on the third day use a a step stair and go up it a few times a day made it easier on the fifth day. Continue to move without hurting yourself more by first stretching it could hurt you more and then you'll give up on yourself and the pain won't go away.
