Sorry but I want to ask some questions about it is it life time or you have to buy it every month ?? , And I will only need pull up bar ? And will it help you to do splits ??

  • @cloudwalk4566

@@yousefadel6874 It's lifetime access. (you can choose between a one time payment and 6 months payment option) Pull up bar or rings are needed for both calistenics and movement programme. For the calistenics you may need some cheap stuff later, like resistance band(s) or dip bars (if you don't have rings). It will help you to do splits (splits training included in mobility programme) ! Hope this helps !

@@cloudwalk4566 so it is like the program is divided into 6 month and you can buy each month every month or buy the 6 month at once right ? And when you buy the month it is life time in either ways

@@yousefadel6874 ok so, the length of program is at least 24 weeks + splits training (both front split and side split ) +handstand +v sit... the splits are quite advanced stuff so its recommended to do the basic movement excercises first. So only the payment is for 6 months, not the workout programme. So you can ONLY buy the whole programme, and you have the option to pay it in smaller amounts monthly.

As an Animator, who often sits all day creating animation. I thank you for this video. Every time I did this exercise, my back keeps cracking like a 60 year old. It scared me to think that my back will break, preventing me to do more exercises or stretching. But after watching this, I didn't knew that those kind of stretching could help my posture. Then again, I thank you.
