Greg Koch is an American guitarist from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Koch grew up in the Milwaukee area and began playing guitar at the age of 12. He was influenced by the guitarist and singer-songwriter Jimi Hendrix. In April 2012 Fender Musical Instruments Corporation named Koch one of the top 10 unsung guitarists. When Koch is asked about his abilities on guitar he says that it is all hard work and practice. Koch claims to have no hobbies, and he has said that he only plays guitar and procreates.

never thought I'd see these two monsters jamming together
Holy fuck, this is "Kong vs Godzilla" for me!
Two of the most witty and inventive guitarists playing today, shooting spit and trading licks. I am *so* looking forward to this segment!

Update: I was not disappointed. More like, smiling from ear to ear for 15 minutes and 14 seconds. That was a clinic from two masters. So inspiring! That kinda playing makes me wanna practice.
Seeing this two gents jamming in the same guitar infomercial is disrupting KZread and earths center core! Please more Greg and Nathaniel
The Earth is off balance with these two in the same room. They must remain on opposite sides of the globe to maintain equilibrium. God have mercy on us all.
Yes what a duo. Could you imagine the great music and times they could create for us all.
The best duo of 2021!!!!
I always forget just how proficient Greg is and then he sits down with someone as talented as Nathaniel and even Nathaniel is in awe a bit. What he can pull of on 6 strings is amazing. Let's get Julian Lage, Nathaniel and Greg all together for an afternoon.

They had a blast for sure!
I just cant believe Greg doest turn the control plate on the Tele backwards so the volume knob is right there for swells, etc.
Get yourself a girlfriend that looks at you like Nathaniel looks at Greg playing guitar

Thank you!
Koch is a God and Nathaniel is masterful. Does Nathaniel play a P90 Goldtop much? I think of him as a Tele guy.
Haha imagine being a huge greg koch fan. Then jamming with him. Then he just starts being himself with his hilarity incarnate excessive buffoonery. It’d be terrific. Completely would deflate the awkwardness. If you’re talking shop too he is probably the best at that. And of course he’s probably the best at just noodling around and sounding interesting. Probably the best bluesman out there right now. Also notice how little the presenter speaks. He’s definitely a fan. Or just really respects the gristlemaster.

They had a great time, Nathaniel definitely respects the gristle!
Well, that slide jam at the end made me think to re-evaluate my life (and to sell my guitar)
Riviera paradise at 9:33.
How does a pickup like these react with a treble booster?
Greg Koch has to be one of the most pleasant human beings alive.

We loved to have him in the store!
I still can't figure out why Reverend left out the third (tele-ish) voice on a 25.5 inch scale guitar,.
Can you dig it? Yes, yes I can...

It's been dug.
2 monsters
pretty cool huh
Can these two fellas demo everything ever on the internet? Maybe get Pete Thorn in too
I wish it were a standard thing to mention all the gear used in a demo.
Imagine if Greg played a power chord….
Mmmm. If these two keep practicing they might get somewhere one day.....maybe....sorta.........mmmm........
Que arrogante es bueno pero suena común
Sorry, but I just can't get used to the idea of battery-operated pickups. I will pass on these.
