    Lalida....I think its great watching their reactions. The surprise and the shock the jaw drop. She was like no other.A lot of great singers past and present but there's never been anything like this one. SPECIAL. She is The VOICE!!!!! Sooooo missed. RIP

    Whitney was always known to have cool air central unit turned off where ever she did her concerts. She did this in 80s, 90s, 00s..she never cared for performing in cold a theatre, arena or indoor stadium. The June 1988 FreedomFest concert at Wembley Stadium she wore gloves, turtle neck and warm jackets.

    Pierre D All great vocalist and singer do that because it’s better for the vocal cords. They have to keep the vocal cords warm. Protecting the instrument. That how they make their money.

    Whitney the absolute Queen!!!! She sweats because she doesn’t like the air conditioning, just like Aretha. They say it has an effect on their vocals. You’ll see Whitney with a handkerchief sometimes for that reason

    They Heat the building before her performances per her request... Cold air takes away her head voice. So if you ever saw whitney in concert, you were in a warm building, no matter if its summer, winter, spring, or fall.

    Whitney sweat alot because she have the air conditioning turned in the building off right before she went on and if it was a concert She would shut the air conditioning for her whole concert and she requested special lights from stage that were a super hot and it kept her vocals warm that's why they always put a towel around her neck when she got off stage to cover her voice from the cold air that would hit her neck that was part of the sweating and of course Sangin her butt off.. lol #LoveWins #4EverWhitney

    @@gloirechabu4053 I'm not hating my dear. It is a medical fact that addictive substance such as cocaine and heroine increases body temperature that results in excessive sweating in many. I LOVE me some Whitney Elizabeth but wasn't blind to the obvious signs of her addictions.

    Dolly Parton wrote this song and took it to #1 on the country charts twice. It’s probably the most personal song she ever wrote. Whitney does a great job on the song. She almost hits Dolly’s high notes, and that is hard. But as well as she delivers the emotion she doesn’t quite have the intensity. Dolly let Whitney record this song. She denied it to Elvis. Whitney made her millions. Dolly wrote Jolene the same day

    This is that time where she's starting to get challenged by the notes of her songs because of constant smoking cigs, drugs and alcohol abuse. In time, it ultimately destroyed her wonderful voice.

    Her voice was compromised. This is a poor version of her singing by this time because of the chain smoking and abuse of her vocals. She sounds nasal, hoarse. She actually sounds terrible in comparison to her earlier years.
