Uuuugh.... his reaction seemed so short! But I know it wasn't. I think it's just because I can't binge watch them lol. I have to actually wait for the next one. I never thought of Sir Alistair as funny before. But the more you guys laugh at him, the more he cracks me up 😂. I think it's partly because his face is so intense and animated when he talks lol.

Alaister is the best crap talker...so far...but only because some of the best hasn't happened yet. if ya know, ya know...but some great lines are spread all through this series. Danarys is rapidly figuring out that her brother is hopeless...not even close to a leader. Nice observations on Ned Stark...he really does love his children...and threads the needle between encouraging them to view the world realistically, but still tries to foster their individual talents. He seems to get that they aren't carbon copies of him and their mother...and getting them to become their best self and be strong enough to live and prosper is goal 1. We also just watched an enraged mother make a mistake that lights a powder keg...arresting the queen's brother with only circumstantial evidence. I get wanting revenge...but being so vengeful that the first hint of suspicion is enough to act on...is profoundly bad judgement. Jon Snow, deservedly, the all time fan favorite. He's got a humility and basic decency that just isn't seen much in this show...so every scene he's in is gold...its just nice to see a good guy muddling through and making his way after watching scumbags be scumbags so much.

Ser Alisser can be really hilarious.

I'm still shocked to this day that I accidentally stumbled upon a whole community that faithfully advocates for Dany's brother as a good king and better than the king from House of the Dragon. They have videos breaking it down and everything and none of it convinced me. Scary to think there are people that believe this.
