Hi Nimmy. Thank you sooo much for giving this vlog. I really appreciate this innovation. As you know, still there are some of questions. Like 1. How much it's good with our weather. Specially in rainy season. Iike there any chance for water absorption? Leakege issues? 2. As I understand from his words. Partition walls are thermocol of 8" thickness and directly plastering with cement. So how we can do the maintenance for electrical works in future. In case if some chipping is required how we will do the refill? Sorry I am not digging the technical things. I am really interested in this innovation. It's a very good approach. These are my small queries came in my mind as a normal person. Please let me know. If there is any detailed video about this technology or any related documents that we can read. Thank you Nimmy thank you so much. Thank you Mr. Vinod. Keep going and this is not a small thing that you have introduced. Really appreciate your findings.

Being in western country I always thought about building something similar to what he mentioned. This is the way I am going to hold my home.

ventilation and thermal insulations are inverse directional phenomena, you can insulate the wall and slab but the ventilation and big glass windows will breaker the benefits of insulations, If you like to maintain 25 centigrade as room temperature by proper ventilation it's possible for 6 months in Kerala, and other 3 months can be maintained below 25 degree centigrade in a ventilated home, so we can avoided AC for 9 Months, remaining 3 Months March, April, & May only required AC but we should try to keep minimum light and ventilation for these three moths only.

Amazing interior, I wish in Turkey they can do same projects like in India.. Kochin, Trivandrum. Sfs apartment , house design and planning.

I think 25 years ago the legendary Kannada Actor SHANKARNAG's house in Bangalore was built with the same technology. SHANKARNAG was the director of the Doordarshan Serial MALGUDI DAYS.

Hi, the video is very informative and gives us a lot of insights especially on thermal insulation using thermocoal construction...thereby reducing the initial capex on foundations, etc...and more importantly reducing the electricity consumption in a substantial manner, but without compromising on the comfort of AC! But at the same time, what i have observed is even though thermocoal is a good insulator, it is very sensitive to heat... My doubt is, suppose there is a minor/medium fire incident may be very near to external or internal walls of the house, is there any chances for thermocoal getting melted inside the structure thereby causing damages to the wall... I am sure Claysys would have factored this, and engineered the product, but I am curious to know about this...
