Country music has some of the very best songs ever. Love the storytelling. Some real heartbreakers!!! It hits hard!!! If you have time or would like to react to more country there’s two by Kenny Chesney by Don’t Blink and There goes my life. So good!!! ❤❤❤
Another great song by Tim is "Live Like You Were Dying." I haven't heard this song in about a decade and I got a ton of dust in my eyes.

I was about to make the same suggestion when I saw your comment. "Live Like You Were Dying" is such an amazing song.
The woman at the end when he was taking his son fishing was "same sweet girl". She survived! Most people don't even see her at the end. He was the son of baseball player Tug McGraw -- inspired Live Like You Were Dying. It's Your Love was sung by Tim and his wife Faith Hill.

You cry, but smile at the end, because you do see her run to meet them. She did survive
The one I always watch people react to is a song by Hardy (featuring Lainey Wilson) called "Wait in the Truck." It's another one with good storytelling and one hell of an impact.

I think it helps to watch the video. At the end it seems like she's there with them. She's running with a basket. It's definitely an emotional song and story. 💖🦋

She made it, though… She was there in the end. 🥰
Humble and Kind is a good song. Awesome video and message too Also A soldier's tribute "If You're Reading This" He doesn't have an official video for it but another creator made one and did really well.

A great song
The mother did run out at the end when they were fishing 😊
Tim McGraw is my one and only.
In an interview many many years ago, Tim explained who the lady is at the end of the video...it's "the girl". Although she was in critical condition..."fading fast"...she pulled through. I love the beginning with the "girls have cooties" belief!

My favorite Tim McGraw song is Real Good Man. Its upbeat and not sad. His duets with his wife, Faith Hill, are also outstanding. Great reaction and She did run out at the end of the video.
If you want to check out more Tim McGraw, I'd recommend "It's Your Love" (a duet with his wife Faith Hill) and "Something Like That" (for something more upbeat)

I’ve never gotten through this song without tearing up. Not once.
So glad you got back to some country! Don’t be sad. She didn’t die. At the end you see her running towards Johnny and their son!!!! Please keep on the journey!!!
My little sister wanted me to hear this back in 1997. I wasn't big on country music, so I kept putting her off. She died suddenly at the age of 22 due to a blood clot in her lungs. When we were going through and packing her stuff, I found her cd player, and this is what was in it. No matter how many years it has been, every time I hear this song, I cry for hours. I just turned 51, and it hit me that she has been gone longer than she was here. I miss her.

I am so sorry for your loss. Just lost my dad recently, losing a loved one has to be one of the hardest things ever. Your story gave me chills. I can only imagine how emotional you must get when hearing this song.
I feel like a lot of people miss that the mother died, cuz the last part is not a call back, it's a continuation, the son is his Jr, so his name is also Johnny.
I have heard this countless times and it still gets me in the gut every time..... welcome to the club
Tim McGraw has a lot of beautiful songs. Indain Outlaw is a good one of his to listen to.
Grew up on this song. Hits like a truck every time.
Sitting here in tears after listing to this for the first time in a long time. This song is especially painful after losing someone close to you, but its that pain that lets you know the love hasn't faded even after all this time and gives you a good way to let those feelings out.
Tim McGraw is one of my favorite all-time singers. I first heard this song from him a few years ago and been in love with it ever since.
When any type of music hits your feels, you're genuine!! This is one of them....
it's amazing how the meaning of that one simple phrase can change over time.
I knew this one would get you. This song has always made me cry, ever since I was a kid and today is no different. I grew up listening to this music so hearing it again so many years later was like hearing my childhood. And I can still sing along to every word.
Dude! I can't tell you how many times I have heard this song in my life (I was around when it first came out) and it STILL makes me cry. No shame in this one. If you want a fun song by Tim McGraw, I Like It I Love It is a good one.
I was all teared up too. Glad you have feelings you can express.
She lived. At the end she was running towards them
Have heard that song 1000 time it gets me every time.
Yes, she did! She runs toward the husband and son, joining them! She lived. : )
She lived! Watch the very end of the video after the dad grabs the little boy’s hand you see “the girl” running to them carrying a picnic basket! ❤
It's songs like this one that makes you really appreciate what you have
Love your reaction. This is one of my favorite songs by Tim McGraw. I always tear up when listening to it. You really can't go wrong with anything by Tim. A few others you might like are: I like it, I love it, Humble & Kind, It's your Love (duet with wife Faith Hill), Live like you were dying, Where the green grass grows and Indian Outlaw. His Everywhere album is really good too. Looking forward to more Country reactions, you many great artists to choose from.
I think you'd really love the song "Love Without End, Amen" by George Strait. It's a beautiful song about a father's love! Also, if you want a real tear-jerker, I recommend "You Can Let Go" by Crystal Shawanda. I love that song so much but I always have to call my dad after hearing it from just the raw emotion. I love your videos and your reactions, you're amazing, man! :)
She was the one running towards them with the picnic basket ❤ life full circle ❤🇺🇸
Haven't heard this song in years. Never married & have no children. Doesn't matter. Big puddle of tears. ALWAYS a big puddle of tears when listening to this song. Watching you being impacted by it only made it worse. Great reaction. As I knew it would be. Would love for you to react to 2 Vince Gill songs. 1. "When I Call Your Name" (the official video with Patty Loveless & a really great piano player. You only see his hands.) 2. "Go Rest High on That Mountain". (Vince wrote it when he lost his brother, but sang it at George Jones' funeral) Please watch the official video with Patty Loveless and Ricky Skaggs)
80s and 90s country music has some amazing storytellers. I love Travis tritt. Foolish pride, best of intentions, anymore. All great songs. Anymore also has a music video that goes along with 2 other songs and mvs
Even when you know the tears flows every time!
Tim is epic! Him and his wife as duo are beautiful! They are smooth and soulful 💜🫰🏽💜
My single favorite country music artist ever I sang this particular song at my uncle's 2nd wedding
I love your kind heart. I am a Dad who stood by that bedside.
I agree…country artists are amazing storytellers. Please listen to Concrete Angel -Martina McBride, Three Wooden Crosses- Randy Travis. James Blunt”s Monsters tells a story too.

never feel bad for tearin up specially when a song hits ya in the feels the mom be the gal that be runnin with the picnic basket
I'm a rock fan mainly but this song hits me right in the heart. Try the Dixie Chicks, Traveling Soldier.
Hi from Indiana... I am 44 and have heard this song a million times and still cried lol.... I am sooooooooo blessed to have grown up with this music. Much love from my home to yours.
An amazing classic. ❤
Of course you nailed it! And yes, it hits you, every time! Tim is married to Faith Hill, and is officially retired, which means he's putting out new music about half as often! Seriously, pick anything by Tim and you'll enjoy it. As will we. Have a great day! And when you DO do "Like You Were Dying", remember he wrote it about his relationship with his father, whom he did NOT grow up with. His father is the late baseball great Tug McGraw.
She didn’t die, if you look you see her coming on to the dock at the end!
It's how we feel as Americans. I grew up as a country music listener. I cry hearing music. I'm a Bjork fan. But this is just an amazing reaction.
Some songs you hear for the first time. Other songs like this, one, you experience, and feel for the first time!
One of my favorite Tim McGraw songs is Cowboy in Me. I think you'd also really love Alan Jackson. I recommend Drive (For Daddy Gene). It always makes me emotional but it's not sad per se it's more reminiscent.
One that gets me everytime is Who you'd be today by Kenny Chesney. Makes me think about my daughter who died in a car accident when she was 16.
Sometimes, Country stories are left open-ended. We weren’t told if Mom made it or not. The last verse could be just a repeat of the first, or was it the new Dad and Son simply living the circle of life, with Mom waiting at home? I prefer to think so. Beautiful song.
Oh I get it. I almost died giving birth to my youngest son. This song came out around that time. Took a very long time before I could listen to it at all. Still tear up listening.
Not sure if it was my suggestion that got you to react to this one but so glad you did. We share a very similar view on country music and I'm glad this song in particular hit you the same way it does me
This song has such a powerful message. Thanks for doing this one. My favorite songs from the great Tim McGraw are When She Wakes Up, One of These Days, Just To See You Smile, Don't Take the Girl, Can’t Be Really Gone, I Do But I Don’t, Angry All the Time, Grown Men Don’t Cry, Back When, My Little Girl, Everywhere, You Had To Be There, and If You’re Reading This.
Thank you! this was the reaction I been needing
You know it's coming but it will still get you. I have tears running down my face even though I have listen to this song for over 30 years. It still gets me. Love from Oklahoma
"Sissy's Song" by Alan Jackson makes me cry but it's also comforting...I just lost my baby girl...my ES-K9. She kept me alive for twelve years...Sissy's Song is stuck in my head.
Tim McGraw…..one of the best, up there with Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson! Good channel, Regards from Kentucky 🐎.
Jesus....THIS was your intro to Tim McGraw??? Bless your heart
Hey, great reaction! Love this song. Another great one is by Brooks and Dunn , Believe. His voice is incredible and it's a true part of his life.
I remember ma dad played this just too many times, Miss him. good vid btw
The diversity of your channel is the reason I stay subscribed.
Fun fact for you. I know you like one ok rock, because that's how I started following you. But, did you know that taka loves country music and listens to it quite often. If you pay attention to his singing, he does country twiangs often in his singing. I personally love country story telling. Country from late 80s, 90s, and early 2000s are the best story telling. I haven't checked your list, but if you have not listened to Brad Paisley, you should. Start with "he didn't have to be" I always look forward to your reactions. I love them ❤
It's a beautiful song I do love it
It had a happy ending, she was with them fishing, see the end of the video again.
She did!!
Concrete Angel by Martina Mcbride.........You will cry
I really like your reactions New Mexico USA 🇺🇸
This song still hits hard even years form when I first heard it.
If you happen to get a chance I would love to see your reaction to tim McGraw: Humble and Kind. It wont make you cry lol. It's a very positive song and it just speaks to the heart. I loved your reaction! Can't wait to see your next one.
One of Tim's best songs is "Humble and Kind." It's a little newer but it's got an amazing message.
The girl didn't die, it was a close call.........it's such a beautiful semi cliffhanger......Country Music is so EPIC!
Song end happy because in the video you do see mother with them.. them taking the child fishing. Also, each verse ends with the girl being with him.
If you haven't yet, the new song, "Wait in the Truck," is so good.

Ha there is an old one from me growing up. Not a country person, parents were, but damn this song still hurts
Randy Travis, Forever and Ever Amen is a great country song you should react to. Or Gearge Strait, A Love Without End Amen.
You know a song is good when it can bring you to tears. Tim McGraw is one of the best. On a side note, I know you like anything Viking related...VoicePlay just released "Valhalla" which I think you will like.
That bloody Judd guy again!!! If I ever see that guy over here across the pond I swear I'll.........shake his damn hand twice 😂😂😂
This song makes me think of the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, when my oldest daughter went into labor , the Dr came out and said I don’t think we can save both, do we save your daughter or the baby, I said my daughter, thank God he was able to save both, my granddaughter was born seven weeks early, she was 4 lbs 2 ounces and 15 inches long, she’s now a 29 year old happily married mom of two girls and a son, to look at her you’d never know she was so premature
Hey man the mom was ok! She runs to join them at the very end! ♥️
I saw Humble And Kind in the comments, that song has great meaning. Also, i think you might enjoy (no crying) Girl Crush from Little Big Town.
I cry every time I see this 😢
Tim McGraw in particular is a master storyteller. He just happens to do it to a rhythm with a guitar and some drums to accompany him!
'Stay in the Truck' by Hardy, (feat. Lainey Wilson) is another interesting one, gave me shivers. Doubt you've heard a song like it before.
I’m not a huge country fan but I love this song!!! It makes me cry though 😊love your reactions!!( would like to see more Buffy)❤❤❤
I’m crying!!! I remember this song and it’s so much sadness!!! My heart gets heavy every time and the tears don’t stop rolling!!!!! Please if you get the chance would love to see what you think of Carrie Underwood Two Black Cadaillacs and/or Jesus Take the wheel. Both by Carrie Underwood. ❤❤❤
What might have been by little Texas is amazing and the video is a short film like the rascal flats song. This is my favorite Tim McGraw song ever
You should react to his song My Best Friend. It’s about love and won’t make you cry 😝
She lived. That's her at the end.
Dont know if you know already or seen it but mom did live and at the end of the vid she's running toward them in the blue flannel shirt. ❤
She survived. Tim McGraw "Real Good Man" it's up beat
I knew it, the second that I saw that you were reacting to this, it’s a beautiful song but sad.❤
I just found your channel and I've already binged several of your videos lol. My favorites were your reactions to RWBY, LOL, Pentatonix, and country music. If you are still looking for more acapella groups to try I would recommend Voiceplay and Citizen Queen. Also I was wondering if you've ever done/would consider doing a reaction to a play/Tony performance?
Though Tim is really good, the title of Country Music King goes to George Strait. I recommend listening to his songs "Amarillo by Morning" from his early career and "Troubadour" his most popular song (and one of the ones he played during his final concert tour before retiring from it)
