That bass line kicking in is just perfection..
Unreal !!!!! just unreal! This is such a kick ass song and it just grooves swings and sways like no other. The Voice, lyrics, instrumentation and THAT HARMONICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They certainly are having fun.

Oh c’mon, it was only 50 years ago… 😂 Was it at the Fillmore East with Edgar Winters White Trash opening for them?
I DON’T NEED NO DOCTOR--LIVE at the Fillmore
'Hot n' Nasty' If you want some good blues, 'I Wonder'.
I have a much older sister 70 years old. She lived this band.
One of my favorite songs.
The definition of Dirty Filthy Rock & Roll !!!!
Steve Marriott right at the top of the R&R mountain!!!!! his guitar playing Vocals and pure soul were on a different level. Check out his solo Five Long Years live!
I’m 67 years old and humble pie, vanilla fudge , etc best music made including now !! Eric Burden , vocals are unbelievable !!
Black Coffee by Humble Pie is an often overlooked song of theirs. Check out that song.
Stone Cold Fever !
I DONT NEED NO DOCTOR
Danced out asses off to this! 70s rocked
Check out " rolling stone" from the album ROCK ON.
I wonder.. I’ve always liked that one from humble pie
When that guitar riff kicks in, I’m gone. And you don’t hear lyrics like that today
Nice to see we have born again true rockers amongst us. Humble Pie will never let you down. Try out...... I don't need no doctor.... and there is plenty more. Carry on the work man.
Yup. Little Stevie. 5'3". Big voice. Burned out and died in the late 80s. Played the Artful Dodger in London as a child.
Some bad ass bass licks too
Besides everyone else's great suggestions (I Don't Need No Doctor, Black Coffee, Hot 'N' Nasty, etc.) I will emphatically add Four Day Creep, I'm Ready and Hallelujah I Love Her So. So great to see the joy of this band spread to others.
^ ^ Im not sure but I think this is from the Old Grey Wistle test sesssions . Look up "Black Coffee" on OGWT......oh FFFk who says blue men cant sing the whites ...and he sings " my skin is white but my soul is black" and the blackbirds go .....oh really Steve?....bring it on! Foxy love fae Scotland VVxx
I love the bass guitar in this song.
he says "a silver coke spoon gives me my release" and that was his biggest problem. Very similar song "Home in my Hand" by Foghat.
There are MANY great Humble Pie songs. They were very versatile and played in several styles. 30 Days is a great rocker as is "I Don't Need No Dr" (Filmore is the best recording), and "Hot and Nasty". Last time you mentioned that you bet Steve could sing blues - You are damned right - Steve killed singing the blues. For Phenomenal Humble Pie blues PLEASE play "I Wonder" or look for Steve Marriot solo with "Help Me Through the Day" and "Five Long Years", one of his much later blues songs with his last group "Packet of Three". However, my all time favorite Humble Pie song is a beautiful masterpiece call "I Know You're so Good For Me" almost gospel and so fine . Please play more pie!!
Check out their song “hot n nasty”
Amazing Band,,.those backup singers are the best. Try the song Black Coffee.X
This song works on me everytime.
Now this is music! Check out I DON'T NEED NO DOCTOR.

Love your reaction!!! It's always a joy to watch someone dig the soul of a good tune.
Alright alright alright she made that up in Chicago Green I don't think he's talking about the Irish definitely one of the top 10 rock and roll songs
Humble pie, blackcoffee
First time I heard this song I was in the U.S. Navy on a cruise and we hadn’t seen land and over 60 days
definitely one of the old great classic rock hits
I didn’t know Peter Frampton was in this group! Now that’s some jam right there!

Peter played lead guitar on the first 5 albums. He and Steve were magical playing off each other. However, this song is from their Smokin album which came out after Peter left to go solo. Ironically, Peter has said that "Smokin" is his favorite Humble Pie album - he has good taste !!
Didn’t know they are from England after all these years!
You gotta check out their version of the Ray Charles song "I Don't Need No Doctor", Youngblood..
RIP King Stevie
Favorite party album back then
I was born in 1967 this band is one of the foundations for me but when I hear this song I can't help but think that Joe Cocker was there and so is Michael Jackson I don't know why but it sounds like Joe Cocker's helping on vocals and Michael Jackson says yeah man come on in that's it I know it's not but my ear just picks up on these things I love this band and thank you for recognizing
You Godamn right👊

Cool reaction! You should check out the band Led Zeppelin, who are the 5th biggest selling musical artists of all time. I would start with the studio recording of the song "Since I've Been Loving You" off of the album "Led Zeppelin III". A lot of people will tell you to check out their live recordings, but with Zeppelin, I always recommend checking out their studio recordings first. I subscribed. Peace
Great reaction to 30 days in the hole. One of the greatest rocks songs of all time. The real hidden gem on their album, "Smokin" is "Your so good for me." Here you go. kzread.info/dash/bejne/c597k9uuo8rJZZM.html

Also my favorite all time Humble Pie song - a masterpiece.
I think this song is referencing hashish and heroin ( black and red Lebanese hash and Newcastle brown heroin)
They were a definite soul band. Check out I Can't Get No Doctor.
Black Coffee. Humble Pie. I Don't Need No Doctor.
This has a good baet
The band he had before this rocked deep too. The Small Faces. Tin Soldier, Call it Something Nice and Itchycoo Park are tops. There is some live TV studio footage on You Tube. This is the best bruv. kzread.info/dash/bejne/fqGE0JVvnabbZLQ.html

Call it Something Nice is one of my favorite Small Faces tunes!! Pleasant surprise to see some one else request this slightly obscure album cut, most everyone asks for the hits - and that's fine- but the true gems were the "B"sides and album cuts IMO. A truly great little band.
You should do The Cramps. Goo Goo Muck or Bikini Girls with Machine Guns or Human Fly
Marriott was in the first wave of the British invasion. .
👍🏻
Soul white boys
Try out....Four Day Creep.
A dog.. always say the year the song came out
