George Strait eloped with his high school sweetheart in 1971! She is his one and only to this date!
The entire Ocean Front Property album is 🔥🔥🔥

So many of his underrated songs are on there
I saw him in concert 3 times and he sounds just as good live as his recordings. He is the King George! ❤❤
I could tell you were having fun with this one. King George is a heck of an entertainer. He has you believing he’s a player but in reality he is very faithful to his wife of over 50 years and he’s a very down to earth and quiet guy… who still lives in Texas. I see a lot of folks suggesting The Fireman, I am going to echo that. It’s fast and fun. It will have you chair dancing for sure!
AB- you’re always delivering a laugh in this house! Try these George strait songs too: -“Seashores of Old Mexico” - “Give it Away” - “I Hate Everything”
One of his big hits that helped build his career was ‘The Fireman’ 🧑🏼🚒I bet you will definitely love the sound of it. ❤ Then check out some later songs like the recent ‘Codigo’ 🥃 or ‘The Seashores of Old Mexico’ and see if you think his voice still sounds as 🤩 amazing
King George Strait! 61 number Ones. You cannot go wrong with George Strait. Great reaction
The chair for mr.strait 🔥
King of country AB!! Over 60 number ones AB!! Only artist I know with that many number ones !!
My aunt, in San Antonio, sang gigs at various places & bands all over the area. I was there when I was about 20 & she took me honky Tonkin to see her guys play.... they sang this at my request, & said ".... that's why I KEEP MY ASS in Tennessee....". It was hilarious. (I live in TN.) 😉🤣🤣🥰

@@momD612 I’ve never been to Texas 🤠🤠🤠 now i really wanna go 😉❤️😉❤️
George Strait is my all time favorite singer and I don’t think he ever made a bad song. One of my favorites is Check Yes or No. King George is such a good humble, man who never let fame go to his head after becoming a star not only with his singing career but also on tv. He’s a down to earth family man ❤
I feel like I’m reliving my early 20s workin at the omelet shoppe dancing around while serving ❤❤❤❤❤ I lovvvvveeee it!!!!!! Thanks AB this was great!!!!!
I koved to go out two stepping to country music in the 80’s and George wad one of my favourite singers. Love his so g “The Chair”
One of the best country songs EVER
I swear, George Strait is the "missing link" when it comes to country music. He is one of a very few select singers who successfully blends old and new (pre/post≈1975-1980) country sounds and really, truly owns it. The only other 2 I can think of off the top of my head who even come close are Randy Travis and Garth Brooks, but even they don't create the perfect fusion of old and new that "Uncle George" does. Although Garth Brooks can and does fuse old and new country often and well, where he REALLY shines is when he fuses country with things you would never expect, like a 1930s to 1940s blues/jazz sound (Rollin'), or an Irish melody (Standing Outside the Fire), or even rap (Calling Baton Rouge, Ain't Goin Down); or when he creates a sound all his own (The Thunder Rolls)...and Randy Travis's voice itself is just too unique to really compare or contrast him to anything old or new, so even though he uses elements of both, and sounds AMAZING, he never reaches that perfect fusion that George does simply because his voice is too unique and pulls you in a different direction.
He didn’t write a lot of his songs. Just made them #1’s!
He didn't write the song and he's been married for over 50 years. Good guess that he just knows how to pick a great song to sing.
Love this song, but pretty sure it isn't a true story, Mr. Straight is still married to his high school sweetheart. 😁
Now try his “Oceanfront Property”

I'm going to suggest "The Chair" by George Strait and for some different artists with songs that I think you'd enjoy: "My Wife Thinks Your Dead" by Junior Brown "What A Way To Go" by Ray Kennedy Another fun reaction.
Oldie but a goodie. I've not heard this in too long!❤
My fav George Strait song is The Fireman!! You should do it AB!! 👍❤️🥰
My exes are in Texas too bro….as well as California, Florida, New Mexico & Arizona bro🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Thanks for reacting to this groovy song bro 🙏🏽
King George!
One of my favorites! And a little bit because, I was born, raised and still live in Abilene, TX! It’s actually in a lot of country songs!❤ Keep the reactions coming!😊
Such a fun song. 😄
I bet you'd get a kick out of his huge hit The Fireman if you haven't done it already. It's hilarious but it's also a total bop.
I always wondered how much trouble he was getting into in Tennessee after hearing about what or who he did in Texas.

The epitome of two-stepping music. George makes awesome music for that.
Got the love that Texas Swing
He definitely does not actually have all these exes. He married his high school sweetheart, and is not known for having affairs. (also he does in fact live in Texas)
This n "The Chair" lolz 😂😂... My ex can't find Cali so I guess I won't ever leave 😂😂😂😂😂🔥🔥💃💃💃

The chair. It has some ideas for anyone who's single
You need to listen to Oceanfront Property!
You should look at some of his shows they are great.
The story is that the song refers to his hats that he left behind.
😂😂this song is CRAZY 😂😂
George really doesn't have a bad song. The following three are close to my heart. The first is a song about one of those cowboys who chase the rodeos, the thrills, the trophies, and the good times living that wandering life. *Amarillo by Morning* is a great honky tonk song; there were many dances, pulled in close by a stranger and getting lost in the dance, still twirling there in my memories. The next song is about running. I didn't run from the law, but I packed up and took my two baby daughters to a tiny Native Alaskan village on Kodiak Island, Alaska. I lived on the island for 22 years before returning to my hometown. *The Seashores of Old Mexico* tells a story about a young man who is running from the law to live life as an ex-pat. *Troubadour* is a song I identify strongly with George and myself. I can tell you have a background in music; I think you will also Identify with the song. The video I have in mind is before a small audience, and George is playing with some older musicians, and I'll tell you what; the fiddle in that song, particularly at the end of the song; the sound is so pure and clear it catches my breath in my throat. Hey, thanks for listening to an old woman's ramblings!
Hahaha Straight up outta there 🤣🤣🤣

Love George and this song. You should check out The Fireman by him
In short, one wants him to get a job, one is just over him, one is cray, and one is cray cray.
Your reactions are always so entertaining and great to watch. Mark Chesnut's - Going Through The Big "D" and don't me Dallas - give it a reaction ; you won't be disappointed.
👍🤠
Country music does not necessarily depict the life of the person singing the song. George and his wife married in 1971. Still married. This is a great song to two-step to.

This song is the story of my life - except they aren't looking for revenge, they just love stalking.
Put you a cowboy hat on and I think you have a chance in Nashville!

There's many George Strait songs I'd recommend. MANY. However, this is not really one. Yeah it's goofy and I love it too, but after a while it gets slightly cringe-worthy. There's a better goofy song of his: Overnight Mail... Male? Can't remember which.

That’s HILARIOUS!! 😂
King George wouldn’t even kiss his costar in Pure Country because he didn’t want to disrespect his wife
You cannot go wrong with George Strait there's no wrong song... I can't think of one song of his that was not great...
