Lee, this is my second video ive watched of yours. the first one is when you were arguing with the insurance adjuster lol/ going to bat for the people that have been removed from their homes for months after a storm. How is everything going?

Everybody wants something for free. When are people going to realize that there is nothing that is free. This is the reason my insurance is going up 200% here in Florida. For the last 4 years I’ve had roofers knocking on my door is telling me about “a hail storm that came through 4 years ago and caused damage to my roof and my insurance company will pay for everything, just sign right here…”. Even before the two hurricanes that actually did come through over the last two years that May have actually did do a little bit of damage on the south east coast of Florida, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Insurance prices are going crazy right now due to the fact that roofers companies have been getting rich by taking a vantage of insurance companies for “hail damage”, because there hadn’t even been a hurricane in my area since 2004. It sounds so strange to say, roofing company, taking advantage of insurance company, I know it does. But they were still able to pull it off. Everybody’s getting a new roof paid for by the insurance company. Yeah people saved $20,000 and they were paying $2000 a year in insurance. Now they’re paying $7000 a year in insurance due to this kind of business right here. Like I said, there’s nothing free in the world.

I understand 100% where you are coming from . I am a Florida homeowner in Naples and my insurance went up tremendously. Of course my house was also damaged by a hurricane . There’s been 6 hurricanes and increased level of hail storms over the last few years . Many older roofs have sustained damage that you can not see from the ground . Insurance companies don’t pay for roofs that aren’t damaged they’re smarter than that . Look I’d love to come do an inspection with you on the roof . If there’s no damage I’ll tell you there’s no damage and well make a video about that . I think it would be great because I am one of the best roofers in the state of Florida within over 300 5 star reviews ( RRCA ) . We have a local office and I would love to let you know the truth about your roof . Chances are your fine but if you have damage it will be great opportunity to teach . Either good win for team homeowners who want to choose a legitimate contractor in the process .

News flash !! The carrier determines if there is any damage . Not contractors . So in reality you’re saying insurance is inept and paying for things they are not liable for?

You should take that offer Christian because what’s gonna happen if you don’t know your roof is damaged and the insurance drops you. Happened to my dad… 10 year old 3 tab shingle roof and now has to come out of pocket because he never filed a claim because he didn’t know there was roof damage. I hate to see this type of stuff happen, it’s a real thing.

It is a good to have your roof inspected. One should find a reputable roofer and get it done. I would not do it with a door knocker. Some door knockers will say you don't have to pay the deductible. That's because they will inflate the claim, public adjusters and other third party like a restoration company. That's one reason the rates are high. In my opinion.

I love the roofing company I work for ! We don’t climb on the roofs . That’s insurance adjusters job and we never I repeat never get denied !!!

How in the world do you get a roof bought with zippering and a couple of creased shingles. I know the arguments and logic, my question really is "how do you push it through"?. No adjuster will pay for it , no PA can handle it either. Never seen it in 14 years. Does this have to go directly to the attorneys?! Thx

I just tried d2d roofing sales and last about 5 doors. Its so cringy. Felt so intrusive knocking on a random persons door in the middle of the day. Theres got to be a better way to go about roofing sales. Seems very old school, especially in todays society. Takes a different kind of human to do it, not for me.

Just like Lee said in the video "you have to be sold on us helping people" because as a roofing salesperson you are legitimately helping people. If they don't get their roof replaced then they'll start to have problems and they'll end up being forced to buy a new roof out of pocket or the insurance will drop them

Don’t come at it like please buy this product I’m selling. You gotta come at it like you’re helping them out. To be a good salesman you need to be a ppl person and you sound very introverted. Nothing wrong with that but you really need to like engaging with ppl.
