hey man I've been watching the vids and I love them! I've signed 3 (should've been 4)in the last week and half plus a tarp on each one ;) . I just got back from a commercial job/lead that was great but turned to shit due to the son being an attorney and saying "he's not into filing fraudulent claims." unfortunately once he said that his father started to shift direction. I originally got this lead in the fathers home neighborhood from the father while working on a 72 sq residential roof which is bigger than his work building lol. he was shocked when i told him insurance companies are paying for these roofs and gave me his info regarding his business building. the business building has 3 leaks and the son is immediately speaking on fraudulent activity when no ones even walked the roof.. I explained over and over again that theyre 3 leaks & that there has to be some type of damage up there , it could be loose fasteners, broken seals & much more but this fat attorney fuck thinks he knows best. be my guest and pay 40-50k for a new roof & fuck off. (is what im thinking & when they see their neighbors 72 sq roof go up im sure he'll reach back out but at that point i dont even want the guys business. ive had this happen mulitple times! about 2-3 times over 4 year span. This business is a see it to believe type of deal and i see it happen all the time. i stayed in close communication til our inspection date but it seems as soon as the son came into the picture being an "attorney" it shifted the whole process. im bummed because this would have been my first commercial job and i also invested about 2 hours plus 100$ to rent a 32 ft ladder that wasnt used, i know this aint much to complain about but this jus happened an it has me heated low key, not gonna stay mad for too long, theres too many deals out there. keep the knowledge coming brother i appreciate you!
