It is absolutely the best job ever. If you like to hard, it will make you do that. But you will also be highly rewarded... and not just financially.

Useful points. Love the point of marriage. In an argument, let go quickly to keep the relationship strong.

Thank you for the effort you put setting the interview with Victor, I have recently started to listen to Him, I have studied Grant C., Jordan B., Zig Z., Catchcar, Mark Wayshack and recently Victor Antonio and I have to say that Victor is the one who can transmit the message more clearly. I had a hard time with Zig's accent in his programs but Victor is the Best I'd say. Thanks agan

Thank you for the informative and yet basic way that you explained salesmanship. Just getting my feet in the door is scary even though I am an extrovert. Don't Take out your Ego, it's not your Ego that you want to put off, Its the SUPER EGO that when things get heated you want to avoid and you do that when you can look at your situation and say " during this negotiation with my spouse or client nothing is set in stone yet so we are not in real danger" The one you need to protect is the child function in yourself and allow the hero function to work together with the parent function and keep cool because the moment you feel like whatever you said wasn't good enough your Inferior and aspirational function kick in and if they can't make the situation turn to a positive note then your demon function comes in and destroy's everything and if even that can't win then your super ego comes in and you create a disaster and it can leave you devastated"

One interesting thing about the video,as informative as it is...is that nothing in the video is new...all of it has been said by Brian Tracey,Tom Hopkins,,Heinz Goldman,etc...in a world where everything seems to be changing every 5 minutes,it’s good to know we are in a profession that allows personal expression,you,ll never be automated and the fundamentals are timeless

Yh man go for it it's a personal decision. You just have to pick time commitments you can adhere to. Also the 9-5 isa safety net not recommended if your going balls to the wall. But I can understand if it's just an avenue to put food on the table for the familia

First step is to be mentally healthy.

I've worked as a engineer for 8 years and I hate it, I've wanted to get into sales for the last couple years but I don't know how to make the transition. I'm not introverted enough to truly enjoy engineering. Every technical sales job I've applied for I never hear back, or they bring me in and try to offer me another engineering role. Also pay I'd quite different. I have a 115k salary but most sales jobs only have like a 50k base. I can't really take anything less than 75k due to student loans being so much. How do I get out of this mess?

This is late but if you still need this a answer here; Commission based sales ex offer is 15k @15% commission assuming 100 calls a day@5% success rate, that's about 11250 per month which is over 100k per year. In sales there's no limit the only limit is you. Selling ain't hard if you know the fundamentals. Get out of your shell and crush it to your quantum leap.

Hi Daniel cant actually believe that I have got a reply from you. I started working in windows and doors installation company, been two weeks and did not do even a single sale, I watch AV's videos try and implement the desire and urgency factor but still the sales are failing nearby.

Based in the UK (Dorset), selling double glazed windows and external doors. Direct sales, visiting clients in their premises.

I thought he was Indian or Egypt or Moroccan....lol appearance can fool us 😂 He doesn't look hispanic though. He reminds me so much at this dude named Patrick bet-David, I think their voice are so similar 👌

That's because most sales people aren't that good. Remember, The top 20% make 80% of the commissions! Retired cops sell tasers and body cam's at my friends company and they make 500-600K/yr top paid employees! Also, most executives rose through the sales ranks.
