    I think that will hold its own against the 170 and 190 great little build that I think we need a top speed test mate great vid look forward to the next

    It feels that way and hopefully will hold its self against them, it think it will be capable upto 50 with small wheels but until we test I can't be sure. Top speed is on the list to do, I think it will do about 55mph is my guess with small wheels

    She sure looks like a handful... I've always liked building vehicles with WAY bigger engines than they were meant to have, it's what makes them REALLY fun to ride/drive.

    @@motomachinezuk8786 Yep, they sure are fun. Looks like you and me both are the ones keeping up the good work. I'm in the process of "re"building/souping-up a brand new Chinese 125cc engine for my 1974 CT70 Trail 70 frame, hoping to have it done by next spring. I built myself a 1975 Z50A over 30 years ago that'll do over 55mph, and I'm still driving that little sucker to this day.

    It's feels very quick as small. Yes the 160s are a safe bet, very popular 👍

    What carb are u running mate and is it better to run a oil cooler with the 160cc as I have just dropped a 160 in my little frame and it has bog in first gear

    Just put the same exhaust pipe and muffler as this bike has, it woke the bike up like I never thought it would've done much for sound either but for a 110 it sounds so damn good, here in a few minutes im going go practice wheelies again and piss some neighbors off with the noisy exhaust.

    Oh yes the exhaust always sounded good with 125cc and sounds just as good with this engine. 👌

    my yx160 does the same thing, breaks traction and makes the small wheels struggle to keep any traction.btw you can put bore up kits on these and make them a 184cc beast. thats my next upgrade after i ported the head last month

    Once it dries a little I hope traction will improve slightly anyway and i got some nice tyres to put on it. Big bore kit is 1 for the future for me

    I used to have z155 it was a beast until I got the detriot 170 these are amazing bikes

    Ah yes the Detroit packs way more torque. This engine is good for this frame, think a Detroit might tear frame apart lol

    The good old pedal and pop are such fun bike and are indestructible and the good old honda cub 90 these were the bikes to ride in the day haha

    I have a 600cc road bike and still love my 125cc crf50 size pit bike 😂 bonus that I paid 50 quid for it but would like something with more power and more capable off road soon... Maybe a 140/160

    Likewise I ride alsorts of bike on and off road. Pit bikes just feel like forgiving fun and they work well in right environment. People knock them but I think great fun for anybody with 2 wheeled background

    100 percent, everyone says they fall apart and break but who cares? The parts are cheap and they're easy to fix, even rebuilding an engine is a simple task on them

    @@limbo5463 they are reliable is looked after I think, but if they do break its cheap to cheerful to fix. Smiles per hour is a good test great value for money in my opinion. I get lost of abuse for pit bikes lol

    ive just started building a crf 50 bike as a lilltle project my swing arm is 17 inch (440mm) long and 8 inch wide (inside) (200mm) what size wheel can i use on the back 12 inch or 14 any help would be greatfull

    a 12inch but 14 would most likely fit too. If you got a 14 on front then 12 back. 17 front then 14 rear Hope this helps

    About 850ml mate if I remember right but check on the dipstick or sight glass to confirm its right.

    I got it wrong this is actually a z155 engine. But I know the 170 detroit engine is a yx think that is 165cc technically.

    Well a good idea I think is start with a 125cc, easy to learn the basics and reliable engines. Stomp 125 is a good bike or a m2r are both good value bikes and easy to get parts and stuff mate

    I've not done much to it since last load of work. Will be next upload the 190 taking it to another wooded area and small quarry mate 👍

    @@MX-ce2ht it annoys me this problem still persists they assured me it was all fixed on early models from 2020. Gutted for you mate. Can be fixed in caught early enough

    The clutch cover on the z155 has cutout patterns and the yx 160 has a smooth clutch cover surface
