Not in Cebu. Cebuanos don't use po and opo. It's a Tagalog thing. Cebuano speakers using po and opo are cringey.

Kuya Ali please go to Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines. I bet you will love it there, the air is fresh, the temperature is cool, you can smell fresh flowers, it is extremely rich in the culture and the Arts and the food healthy and yummy. I really promise you will like it there and the people are very very friendly. The friendliest people if not one of the friendliest in the Philippines. If you are in Baguio there are many sights to see, love you kuya!

You should also try touring Davao city. One of the cleanest and safest cities in the Philippines. We also have a lot of foods here you can choose for a cheap price especially in Roxas Night Market. Affordabe yet delicious

There are so many vloggers before came to visit here and tried Duterte's favorite restaurant and a lot more. Roxas Night Market is also famous. At 1 dollar you can already make your stomach full.Our city is so safe we have a low crime rate here.

if you ever have time to travel the nothern part of the country, best place would be ilocos region, cordillera(mountainous) region, and batanes which is pretty much considered the most beautiful province in the philippines.

let them stay in Cebu first, it's only his 2nd day. Just like anywhere in the country, Cebu has ugly and very beautiful places. Cebu is not the 2nd richest province in the country if not for great tax payers and of course if not for tourists visiting many beautiful places here.
