My 4 year old son has watched this a dozen times. He loves it. We made the dish for some of his friends and it was a big hit.

I have one question...why use tinned tomatilla sauce when you just made a great from scratch recipe? All that work down the drain IMHO...especially when he already had all the same flavors chopped up IN the enchiladas. Aside from that, this looks delicious.

Wow I liked this a lot. I LOVE that he used the Pato sauce, it really does make things taste a little more authentic. I'm Mexican and I'll admit these look a LOT better than mine. I would love to see more of this guy
