Great job guys. However at 4:43 the younger guy is saying garlic salt and onion salt which are different from garlic powder and onion powder that your recipe lists. I suspect if you use the former named ingredients you will end up with a salt bomb!

This is my chili recipe now. My whole family loves it. I usually leave out the Rotel because most of the family doesn't like the heat. Great recipe.

Jody Rotel makes a mild version besides the original.

You know, firefighters out there battle and put out fires, everyday. And these two firefighters right here are about to eat the fire.

3:10 the pan idea works but do not lift the lid after the fire is gone cause the smoke will catch on fire

I won 3 rd place with this in the firefighters chili cook off.
