Dude on the left has never cut onions in his life, also helps to have a wet towel under your cutting board so it doesn't slide all over the place while your cutting at 4:18, reduces the chance of injury..Also needs a better knife, shouldn't be sawing through the onion. On top of that the other dude is gonna put the cheese on AFTER you take your meat off the flatiron so it doesn't melt..This is bad cooking folks..

I'll pass! Vegetables should've been cooked with steak and cheese melted over the top on grill. Kevin the assistant didn't like that it. Cold ass piece of cheese. All of them should've tasted.
