    Jeeze lady, what kind of cooking show are you running here? I watched the video and you just say "Bake for 20 to 30 minutes" but you don't say a Temperature°! Ok fine, no big deal, _I'll just check the Description_ And then you don't say it there either!! 🙄

    This is not about breaking your yolks.... Its about steaming the egg just as your showing.. the same can be done by just covering the pan with any top or foil.... Its the lids condensation that produces the steam ...ice cubes not NEEDED . ???

    seems to me that, if it didn't break when you cracked it into the pan, once the egg is in the pan, if you just leave it, it won't break on it's own anyway, ice or not.

    I read once a science article that said crispy egg lowers blood pressure - so it’s good to have all kinds of eggs👍

  • @Joe-sx1iu
    @Joe-sx1iu7 сағат бұрын

    That actually makes no sense. If anything it would probably add to your blood pressure because there are probably increased carcinogens in the crispy parts.

    I don't understand how this is true

  • @xeropunt5749
    @xeropunt57496 сағат бұрын

    I think this was it: ‘Fried egg digest decreases blood pressure in spontaneous hypertensive rats’ conclusion: The present short-term study demonstrated that fried whole egg (FWE) digest could significantly decrease the blood pressure in SHR animals. Additionally, the consumption of FWE digest restored the disturbed circadian variations of blood pressure in SHR animals. Further studies ongoing are to evaluate the long-term effects and to understand the underlying mechanisms of action behind the antihypertensive activity of FWE digest. Findings from this study might lend support to the use of egg as a functional food with potential therapeutic benefit in the prevention and management of hypertension.
